Remember that recent big hit movie? …the one with the buildings that were all upside-down, catawampus, and kcabwards?… Yes exactly! THAT movie! Well, we knew from ModNation Racers: Road Trip‘s inception (cough) our track creators wanted even more flexibility (and potential insanity) in their track creating process.
We delivered with new Track Studio features that allow you to literally turn the game on its head with full 360 degree rotatable props and the ability to mix-and-match track themes and props packs to your heart’s content.
ModNation Racers: Road Trip for PS Vita is only days away and it’s time to start thinking about your 1,000s upon 1,000s (upon 1,000s) of great new creations, and we can’t wait to see what you come up with! Over the next few weeks we will get you up to speed with a series of tutorials aimed to teach you all you’ll need to know to make those unbelievable Mods, Karts and Tracks come to life!

Looks a LOT more powerful than the PSP version. Interested; currently on my radar for the future. How are the load times?

Load times compared to MNR for PS3? If so, very good!

This and Hot shots are the two games I ordered with my Vita. I can’t wait for it to arrive!
Can you make loopty-loops (lol)in the Vita version? that would be kind of cool.

1# It’s better then the ps3version. From what I have read it should be a ‘little’ faster then Wipeout 2048.

Two things that makes me play this game very little on the PS3. First thing is the loading time, and the second one is how it’s not possible to line up maps you want to play, say in multiplayer, so that you can just play instead of having to go out and start a new game for every map. Would’ve been awesome if you could just have like 4-5 maps (Take Mario Kart as an example, you can choose a cup and you play those 4 maps after each other).
I hope whenever a Modnation 2 is released on PS3, that they’ll fix this

hold on, is that some sort of video out feature for the vita he is using? look at that cable at the bottom of the device on the first video, if they can make video out it would be awesome

The game looks amazing guys, I’m really impressed with this. I’ve been wanting to get this on PS3, but I was holding out for the PSN version which was announced but I never saw it appear. Now though I don’t mind so much as this is looking mightily attractive for Vita! Track editing options look great, and so do the load-times.

Please can we get a patch for the PS3 to speed up the load times? Great game but the load times are annoying, thanks. Vita version looks great.

So it still doesn’t have online multiplayer then?
