As users of VideoStore of PlayStation Store will know, we love nail-biting action and this February we’re creating some of our own as two great Video Store titles go head to head! It’s called The 0.99 Movie Showdown and drawing their pistols in the first week long battle (starting February 6th) will be Captain America: The First Avenger and Conan the Barbarian.
Perhaps Captain America is your favourite movie of the moment, perhaps you haven’t seen Conan the Barbarian and really want to, perhaps you love them both and just want to get involved! Either way, all we need you to do is go to the PlayStation Facebook page, vote for your favourite movie and wait to be rewarded as the winning title becomes available for the whole of the following week priced at only £0.99/€0.99!
In other news, we’re excited to tell you VideoStore of PlayStation Store is evolving! You already know about the great movies on offer, but what you might not realise is that our service now includes popular TV shows as well. Check out the store to discover whole series from studios like MTV Networks, Warner Bros and Fox, and with more being added every week there has never been a better time to rediscover a classic or get into something new.

Any Chance you might be working on getting the video store/video unlimited to Iceland? currently there is allot of Piracy here due to that we have access to high download speeds and because we don’t have a Digital video store to offer lower prices compared to retail on PC if you would market it right then the Video store would be big hit here on Media Go.

You should do much more of this – prices are currently way too high (it is actually cheaper to buy the film on disc than rent it!). But this £0.99 promotion is a good idea. Now here’s hoping my film wins…

I had that same problem, code 80023102. This morning still had that problem. I went to my m8′ts house and loged in there with my account and it worked. Went back to my house and it all worked again. Weird but it worked.

Does the offer cover 3D versions of the films too?
Why is your store so sparse on the old 3D titles? Sony is meant to be at the forefront of the movement. I have to rent them through my tivo instead.
And is ‘In the Qube’ coming back to the store? It had the worlds worst presenter on it, who obviously was reading a script full of words she had never heard in her life, but the 3D content was great.

Sorry but the Video Store is awful. Why would anyone pay £4-5 to rent a movie for 48 hours that takes 24 hours to download in the first place? That’s what you get with the PSN Video Store. Or you can download Simpson’s episodes at near £2 a pop, are you guys serious? Netflix is less than £6 a month, has instant streaming that works and unlimited viewing. You guy’s need to learn how to provide a service that gives customer’s value for money or just stop doing business.

I am SOOOO disappointed with your inadequate closed caption information and subtitles.
Don’t you realize that In the UK, there are an estimated 9 million deaf and partially hearing people, About 81 million people in Europe are deaf or hard of hearing. And in the EU member states have 22 million people with severe or profound hearing loss, your largest audience.
Your list of cc’d movies is an embarrassment, marginalizing your cc-oriented audience. I am Profoundly Deaf, but I still want to see the cover illustration and read the description and see the viewer rating at a glance, without having to click on every darn title on your cc list. You missed the boat, big time.
Thanks in advance for your serious and comprehensive response to this and other cc-related requests.

The title sorry to say but its ridiculous.
“Video Store of Playstation Store”? Store x2?
We know that we are at “the” Video store of “the” Playstation Store, thank you.
btw…
Playstation Network = PSN
Playstation Store = PSS
Video store of Playstation Store = ? VSoPSS? VSPSS?
Whats wrong with just “Playstation Video Store”? = PSVS
Whats next?
“Game Store of Playstation Store”
“Add-on Store of Playstation Store”
Is plain wrong and you really need to work this out.
Anyway…
If you are about to make the “Video Store of Playstation store” available for the real Europe (and not what sony thinks europe is) in 2020… by then i will have a toaster that will be able to stream/download movies/series.

Great! This post is misleading a lot of people like myself. Been searching the PS Store for this service the last half an hour, then came back here to read comments & find out that it’s not available in Ireland. Would of been great to watch movies from the PS Store using PSN Cards instead of other services like Netflix via need credit cards. Anyhow it would be great to have this service here in Ireland. So Christina is there any clue when or even if this service is coming to Ireland? I Hope it’s very soon because it’s getting a bit late coming into the PS3 life cycle.
