Gunning its way into the Game of the Week slot on Access Episode 21 – available on YouTube today – is EA’s futuristic blaster Syndicate. There’s a stack load of dazzling new gameplay footage to enjoy, and the game’s Blade Runner-esque art style looks simply beautiful.
Elsewhere in the episode, the team visit the Access Magazine for an Olympics-themed cover shoot, which stars some really in-shape people and a brilliant handheld console you might have heard of called the PlayStation Vita.
There’s also an interview with David Jaffe to look forward to, as the opinionated dev talks all things Twisted Metal in the run up to the game’s much-anticipated UK release.
As usual, there’s a rundown of the very latest PlayStation news and a look at all the week’s best content from the PlayStation Store, including an interview with SSX director Todd Batty, and a sneaky first look at DiRT: Showdown. Enjoy!

Get your episodes under the TV\Services Tab on the XMB, no one sees them buried away in the store

Wow, that was great!
Syndicate looks awesome, SSX is gonna be great, LBP Vita’s gonna be its killer app, Twisted Metal is chaotic awesome and that Karl guy from the Access magazine sounds like one of the many Fonejacker voices.
MB, could you maybe send any one of the games above to my address? Just a Vita’ll do…
Actually, I remember entering an Inside PSVita competition to win a Vita, when will we know the result for that? I guess you won’t know that, actually.
Ok, ermm, have you heard that Inside PSVita tune which plays inside the new Home space? Great tune.

It was a good PlayStation ‘Videos’ week this week;)
i.e this show ‘Access’ + the 2 US(A) shows – ‘PULSE’ & ‘The Tester 3′
+ i could watch things about PlayStation 24/7
+ SSX looks cool but i wish SSX had a 4 player split-screen mode. I bet it don’t even have a 2 player split-screen mode
(god that sucks this Gen)

Access will never show up under the TV/Video services tab until it goes world-wide as at the moment it’s only available on the UK store
