Following on from the PS Vita TV advert the other day, we have just finished the Uncharted Golden Abyss TV ad in preparation for the game’s launch next Wednesday.
This will be screened over the coming weeks and months on TV but thought you would like to see it exclusively on the blog first, hope you like it!
Stay tuned to the blog for an upcoming behind the scenes on the making of for these ads; it’s pretty amazing what can be done….

The voice actor was too pricey to use? What Uncharted is built on is the main voice actor, without him it is just another remodeled tomb raider like game

Great! It’s good but it didn’t blow me away like the one that came out for the GameCube when that launched – I can still remember the noisy dance music that was the track in the background. I guess marketing is different today though – including the family audience as well.
Anyway I look forward to seeing the other ads too.

I have had some feedback and can confirm that if you opt for the refund then you will not be able to re-purchase the games individually.
The information I have received also states that following the refund the games should still be playable, however if there are any issues, the game is deleted or your console is replaced then you will not be able to re-download.
Once again I would like to pass on our apologies for the hassle you have go through with this issue. Based on the posts in this thread im sure some of you may wish to escalate a complaint regarding the issues with the Pick n Mix minis offer. If this is the case then please contact your local PlayStation Support who are able to process your complaint.

Didn’t like it.If I wasn’t familiar with the series,I wouldn’t really know what the game was about.I’d much rather a cut scene from the game,spliced with some of the mechanics on a modelled transparent PSV,with Drake explaining the story,as if he’s telling the story to his kids.
But I guess early adaptors tend to be fans so will buy a PS product anyway.But then I can’t see who this advert is aimed at.

IT just looks like a little PS3 and everything the PSP should have been…. Nevertheless I hope it will sell better than the 3DS… The 3DS is the biggest disappointment in the history of handheld gaming…
