Any update on whether Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles will be added to PSN?
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 3:42 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Nope. Everyone is busy with E3 so general status updates are difficult to get.

Is the ratchet and clank HD collection out next week or is it delayed to end of June ?
i just cant find any reliable source apart from insomniac games tweet being delayed to June 8th.

Please wait for further information.

@ Jawad
Any chance you could contact Supermassive Games who made Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock?
The glitches in the game are abysmal. The AI is the big problem to the point where you have to keep restarting levels. The dialogue also cuts out at some points.
I already contacted them and was basically told “it’s not our problem, you need to contact the BBC.”
How did it pass QA? It should never have been released in this state.
I would appreciate any help you can give.
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 3:50 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Sorry, not much I can do here either. If they have a blog/forum/Facebook page then by all means let them know there. Feel to also discuss this on our forums – they may be checking there.

jawad whats the status of these capcom avatars? can u please tell capcom to submit them already?
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 3:52 pm by Jawad Ashraf
With E3 round the corner, it’ll probably take even more time. We’re definitely eager for them and Capcom are definitely keen, too. Please hold on some more.

Woohoo! Arcade Edition’s finally on the Store! But 18GB… I’ll have to reconsider getting a disc based version.
On the other hand, definetely getting Harley’s Revenge when I’m done with Arkham City.
Sad to see THQ hasn’t still submitted the Death Strikes – Part II trailer though

Looks like it’s time to put on the batsuit and head back to the Arkham City. Awesome!
btw Jawad, any chance getting Star Wars: Force Unleashed dlc on sale?
Have a nice summer!
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:03 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Andy deals with sales and anything is possible. I’ll have to ask him about it.
15
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 1:07 pm by LSB123
Jawad, not really sure where to ask this so I figure I’ll give it a shot here. I recently bought Resident Evil 4 HD from the store, completed it and such, but the extra modes Mercenaries and Assignment Ada haven’t unlocked despite other game-completion bonuses unlocking just fine. Is it something to do with the version uploaded or something? Thanks!
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:08 pm by Jawad Ashraf
This is interesting. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to help. Definitely try asking in the forums in case others have had the issue.

Yay for the Gravity Rush demo, really been waiting for that.
Finally a good reason to dust off my Vita again other than using it as a quick link to gamefaqs when playing on a console
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:09 pm by Jawad Ashraf
It’s a very nice game and I hope the demo can show you guys a good part of that.

Very nice update, but… DLC2 for Test Drive Unlimited 2 went live, but I can’t see it’s premium content here. When it will be available?

Which pack is this for? What was contained in it?

Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 1:08 pm by Gokhanca
Resistance for £40???? it’s 35$ on US PSN??? my expectation was £30, or £35 tops… i won’t give £40 for a game with 59 metacritic score…

£40 for a vita game? wut. Will Gravity Rush come to PSN?

Salaam Jawad, is it possible if you can get Alien Trilogy that was a PS1 classic in to the store? and also would you be able to get some God Of War avatars in to the store aswel? Thank you for your time.
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:15 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Alien Trilogy may be a tricky one due to the license involved (same issue with many, many requested games).
There are some GoW avatars. Maaaaaybe there’ll be more for the next game. Maybe.

Good to see more full games available for download.
Any news on the 1st party PSone classics like the Spyro series and Syphon Filter 2?
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:16 pm by Jawad Ashraf
I should hopefully get an update on Spyro around or after E3 time. Syphon Filter there isn’t anything new to say on that front.

when and what time is ross publishing the ps plus update here on the blog?
Is there any updates on wallace and gromits adventures from telltale games, have u even asked them yet?
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:23 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Ross hasn’t mentioned any post to me…
Apologies, what did you want to ask them? Remember, may things they’ll be best to answer themselves through their own channels.

This is what Farsight Studios’ Pinball Arcade Support wrote me about The Pinball Arcade for PS3/PSVita on May 24th:
“It is currently in submission to Sony. They will release when it will be available when it passes. Unfortunately, we have no control over that process or public reveal date ”
So how much longer Sony?
And weren’t we promised a monthly episode of The Walking Dead. It’s been over a month now!
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:39 pm by Jawad Ashraf
By golly! And here I am waiting for a status update internally…
The Walking Dead was indeed mentioned to be monthly and sadly, even I don’t have a release date for that. I want to get revenge on the old man just as much as you. You do want to get revenge, right?

Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 1:12 pm by Carnivius_Prime
I think I’ll have Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition. My disc of Super SFIV is broken AGAIN and I never got around to buying the stupidly overpriced Arcade addon so this looks like a better value way to get that game again. 18GB seems a bit excessive for a beat ‘em up but with 640GB hard drive I don’t care and I’m in no rush for downloading. I’m still greatly enjoying Doctor Who from last week. Most I’ve enjoyed a new game so far this year despite one or two minor issues.
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:42 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Probably has more to do with the opening/ending cutscenes.

I Am Alive was supposed to be on sale over the past weekend according to the playstationeu twitter and as advertised on the store but the price never changed! Any chance this is going to be offered again?
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:45 pm by Jawad Ashraf
As far as I know the issue was fixed. Perhaps it may be offered again at a later date but don’t hold your breath.

Mortal Kombat has been on the US store for months (indeed there is a game+dlc bundle currently on sale) why isn’t it here on the EU store?

MK has been on our store for a while, too.

Resistance Burning Skies:
On US PSN: 36$ and 2.85GB
On EU PSN: £40 and 3.50GB
nice way to fill more of your overpriced memory card with paying more to the same game…

Andy wrote at the ‘Get the latest from E3 on PlayStation Store’ post:
“We also have some E3 special offers for you to enjoy. These will start on Wednesday 30th May and last for 2 weeks”
So, where is it?
PS Plus subscribers get only Mad Riders discount? The Plus and Non-Plus price is the same, so is there anything for the Plus users?
Thanks!
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 4:49 pm by Jawad Ashraf
PS Plus users get DLC included.
The sale stuff is secret. So secret even Andy didn’t tell me this until now. Be sure to check out the store.

Still not getting the Disgaea 4 DLCs? Did some reading on the NIS forums, seems that there was a similar incident whit the Netherlands PSN store, and then it was that scee in their infinite wisdom (read that as stupidity) demands support documents in native language of stores, What those suport documents are for, not us users, as we do not see them… scee quit this stupidity, most of Europe know English..
Next point, when will the following PSP games be avavible on the Store? The ones whit (VITA) is not vita compatible.
Astonishia Story (Vita)
Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness (Vita)
Final Fantasy Crisis Core
Ghost in the Shell: Stand alone Complex
Invizimals
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleap

Everyone – Regarding jacked-up digital prices:
Sony and retailers are in a cartel.
Retailer’s obligation is prominent shelf space for boxed copies of sony goods, while sony’s side of the deal is to price match physical media to mitigate the torrent of sales they’d get if the were priced to reflect the 90% drop in production costs digital content allows for.
46
Posted on 30 May, 2012 at 1:19 pm by DarkRedError
So this is the last store update of the month and there is no “The Walking Dead: Episode 2″
Now not only am I disappointed by not getting a LittleBigPlanet Vita Beta code (which I know was chance but it still made me sad), I have something I’ve actually paid for not being available to me when it should be.
I’m not one to complain but this is pretty annoying.
At least I have the Batman: Arkham City Harley’s Revenge DLC to download which i’ve been looking forward too & it has a nice price too.

So Resistance is £7 more expensive then the US and we don’t get a demo either.
What with the bad reviews, more costly and no demo, Resistance is going to be a very hard sale.

With the rumoured big changes to ps plus coming at e3 I’m not expecting to hear anything on June’s plus. btw if you do make changes and we don’t like it I certainly hope you have a plan for those of us now to leave the subscription and keep our content. not to be prematurely pessamisstic but I don’t like the idea of paying for a different service to keep content from this service. the only changes that need to be made is splitting UK away from Europe so we can be more competitive with price and content.

I can’t see the new updates from my PS3. Does anyone also have this problem?
