@suprnova32: it’s so obvious that you dont have a PSVita… yes you can have every region account on your PS3, but on Vita it only accepts 1 account… if you want to change it, you need to reset vita… and when you already have some games on your UK account, you dont want to reset your vita everytime you want to change games…

@Jawad
Do you think there will ever be Ratchet & Clank titles (PS2 & PS3) released on the Store for us in future?
I’d love to be able to re-live the older games on my PS3 i enjoyed them so much.. and could we get the PS3 releases of Ratchet & Clank like Tools of Destruction and A Crack in Time?
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 10:54 am by Jawad Ashraf
Well, the Trilogy is coming out so I hope that’ll keep you very busy.
The other PS3 games are always a possibility. After all, Uncharted 1 and 2 are coming so Ratchet may well follow but at this moment there aren’t plans for it.

Hi Jawad,
Last week I posted about the free resident evil avatars that were supposed to come with resident evil 4. Any news on that yet? I know that you are probably busy with E3 stuff at the moment but please don’t forget about me!
Thanks

Yeah, I have this in mind currently.

The Uncharted 2 DLC does not work with my platinum Uncharted 2, help!
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 10:45 am by Jawad Ashraf
Make sure the DLC matches the disc code you have. The code is on the DLC description and on your disc and the box (and/or manual).

Jawad,
Any chances of seeing Star Wars: Lethal Alliance for PSP on the store? Every OTHER SW game is already on it…

Still nothing updated in my PS+ section of the store.
And I’m going to ask again whether there’s any news about the Purple Knight (Blacksmith) DLC for Castle Crashers?
I’ve all but given up hope of a response, but I will keep banging my head against the wall until I hear something.
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 10:39 am by Jawad Ashraf
Noted and I will see what I can find out. Remember, E3 so people are running around (physically or mentally, maybe both) all crazy like.

I hope the first three Spyro games on PS1 will be released on the PS Store soon, and the PS2 Spyro games as well since there’s a PS2 Classics section now.
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 10:34 am by Jawad Ashraf
Please wait for more information on Spyro
The PS2 versions are probably a lot harder to manage, sadly.

Resistance is apparently not available until Friday. That’s fair enough as that’s the release date for the retail version but this blog is very misleading as far as that title is concerned.

Mega apologies! The post will be updated.

No ultimate editions like the US? Thats a downer.. They keep getting all them awesome deals. Red dead redemption with all dlc for just over £11? we get nothing..
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 10:33 am by Jawad Ashraf
We’ve been doing similar offers before but naming them “Complete Editions”. The titles may vary but otherwise yeah, we’ve been doing something similar for a while.

I have some questions about today’s PS2 Classic re-release of Ghost Recon.
1. Is the Desert Siege expansion included like in the original PS2 disc release?
2. Why do the preview images show Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 instead of Ghost Recon 1?
3. The price on the PlayStation Store for Ghost Recon says £7.99, while this blog update says it costs £5.49?
4. Does the multiplayer work again?

The store is weird for me. When I select the Atelier Meruru icon it’s just empty. No DLC or anything. Same thing happens with Disgaea 4 DLC.

@ Izorpo
I understand all that but you’ve just touched on Embargo in general. There are many forms of embargo & Andy never stated what embargo was enforced. If you checked the link I provided, you would notice that I included news embargoes & Press embargoes which are “hush” related. Basically certain information may be prevented from becoming public & therefore “secretive” for a select period of time!
You do normally provide excellent information but i’m afraid it’s not as simple as just embargo! I will say again, I work for a legal firm so I have knowledge on this. Ask your Mother & she’ll state the many forms of embargo & Like I said, it’s very complex, that’s why I didn’t want to go into it!

I am looking at the store right now and I can believe what I am seeing. Atelier Meruru DLC content, description in english, not Porish… but oh nothing there, nice one, you got me there Sony. I laughed at my misfortune;
But we kinda are at the far rear of EU so maybe that is the reason for this treatment…
Anyway, waiting for Gravity Rush, since I have pre-ordered it long time ago… will probably sell my vita, as the next game I am interested in is Persona 4, but it was as always announced only for US for end of October 2012, not gonna wait 2 years for EU release… and who knows, seeing as content is denied for some countries more often it might not even get released here at the far rear….

U.S. Gets Resistance: Burning Skies for only $36 and we have to pay £40?, why are we having to pay so much more for digital content?
I’m not touching that game at that price, it’s an insulting.

“but on Vita it only accepts 1 account… if you want to change it, you need to reset vita…”
this and the limited size memory cards are the reason vita sucks and it will fail miserably.
221
Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 8:40 am by Gokhanca
i don’t think it will fail miserably but people will start moving to US PSN, or wait for a crack to come and choose pirated games for demo purposes…
today i’ve learnt that Resistance BS Demo is up on Turkish PSN… kudos for EU PSN…

There seems to be a pricing discrepancy on the NZ store. Conflict Veitnam and Ghost Recon are both listed as being AU$11.45 yet the NZ pricing is $13.50 and $18.95 respectively. Could this please be fixed.
Thank you.

Jawad as you like to ignore the question I’ll ask again.
Do you know when more psp titles are going to be supported for Vita?

Titles are added every now and then. One week may have a good few, the next not so much.

If it’s based on the Final Mix versions then that’d make sooooo happy. If not, well, I’d still be happy, actually.

Posted on 31 May, 2012 at 3:19 pm by Catkiller1
We can only hope Jawad….we can only hope!
When it’s announced next week either within the Nintendo conference or Sony conference, if they are indeed Final Mix versions I expect it will be mentioned. If it’s not mentioned, then hopefully someone will ask!
Fingers tightly crossed on this one

Thanks EU store.
You have just saved me about £30to£35, How ?.. Well i like to believe in living life with principles, like many others, so for your (whatever reason, sorry, Excuse!) failure in treating us as equals with other regions, (ok,Nothing new) regarding the ‘Demo’… yeah a demo (lol) of R-BS, Have you guys on the store heard of this title ?… apparently it’s The 1st Ever… fps handheld (real) multiplayer for handhelds.. or something similarly trivial.(lol), But as i said this ‘unfair’ though common reason, ie not having it, while prob EVERYWHERE else does isn’t the only reason i decided on following ‘your’ ie scee example in ‘just not being bothered, Enough, anymore attitude, towards buying another game i really don’t need, etc. No thats bad,, But whats tipped my hand on this, is the (again, Normal) total lack of explaination, btw Jawad, whats the guy with plat ed Unch2 do After he checks his bles number ?..Big lol.

Im getting a feeling Jawad have me on a ignore list or something.. not one answer to my questions, or any post I have made.
PS, Jawad, Is it possible to get my account altered to be a US account? seems simpler to just order US psn cards online and get full game access/Dlc access AND cheeper prices/better service..
235
Posted on 1 June, 2012 at 4:18 pm by Bahgra
@234: Just make a 2nd account on your PS3, and when setting it up make it a US account. Then u can download from the US store with US PSN cards. And you will also have access to all the US stuff you downloaded on your original account.
236

@ Shadowdragoon
Also google an address in California & use that, as you won’t have to pay any TAX on purchases. I’m not sure which areas within the US have TAX penalties, so it’s safe to stick with California!

@Hell-Raiser-85 Daggerdale was release last week or was it this Week (At less have a demo laying on my PS)
@Shadowdragoon and other asking why Scandinavia or Polen don’t get NISA DLC or Avatar.
The Reason for this are Sony new (Stupid) Policy, that require Publicer like NISA to translate Documentation (That we Customer never will see) into the country languages, that they wish it public in.
Example Norweigan for ShadowDragoon case.

Ok then so it won’t load up. Go to game, search for Prototype 2. Buy it from there. Learn from the freakin Vita (Aka the device you guys made) and price lower then retail. Nah I’m sure sony enjoys not having to dish out for that annoying paper and plastic and making us pay the same. In fact Prototype 2 was cheaper on release day.
Your charging an extra £10 for the retail version of a game that’s been out for a month already. That’s low even for you guys.

Iv’e just spoken to a member of IGN who’s on my PSN friends list and he’s under the impression that their is NO plus update for june due to E3. Is this correct?
As the content we got in may end’s in July and not june.
Please just let us know if this is correct or not as alot of the IGN guys think it is.
245
Posted on 2 June, 2012 at 12:50 pm by Skookie30
It quite simply easy to understand that claim is false it easy to understand why No Plus update yet.
why should they post 2 plus updates in E3 month plus wednesday update is the normal plus update day.
example they made the plus update just a week before with list of content minus the big plus announcement.
then after E3 they write the list of plus content again but added what was added via the big plus announcement.
no they hold info to Due E3 so 1 plus post list of games, what tier it is if any & what big changes.
