Curious why there was no announcement of Machinarium arriving on PSN. The game is a nice coup for PlayStation so it’s just bizarre that there has been no marketing of it whatsoever, not even a blog post telling people the game is available on PSN. Developer’s responsibility? Stuff up? Or the usual Sony incompetence?

seriously Fred what is going on with our GOTM on PSN AE ?

1- why are we getting ignored ?

2- i posted on the blog on 16 & 22 of Aug about RDR being blocked from our store & still nothing was done about it ? this is evidence we are getting ignored !

3- why is the middle east tied to EU ? the middle east gamers should get their own blog & updates for many reasons one of which is the fact we are getting sick of treated like 2nd class by SCEE.

finally , this is NOT a rant at Fred or Jawad or Andy or any of the store team , its the SCEE policy and the complete negligence towards middle eastern players we’re not happy with

And you what’s the best part, Machinarium wasn’t even released on Xbox 360. But hey, least we got Machinarium and The Walking Dead Episode 3 in store. Now if only CS:GO was out and those Store bugs get fixed.

Yeh seconding the Machinarium thing, I found out about it via Destructoid. I’m guessing it’s because it went up just before the weekend so nobody was working to actually make a post. Either way it’s good news it’s out I guess.

Also crossing my fingers for a debate win. Transformers looks awesome.

Also I just noticed my previous comment is ‘awaiting moderation’ which hasn’t happened before. Did I do something wrong or what?

A couple of observations.

Pricing:
FIFA 13 is priced at 70€ to preorder.
How do you expect to sell this digital game at this price when the retail version will cost anywhere from 50€ to 60€? Why would someone choose the disadvantage of buying the digital version that takes up HDD space and can never be lent or sold at a higher price? Whoever is behind pricing must lack common sense.

Killzone Trilogy:
It’s nice and all but most of Killzone fans already own 2&3.
The HD remake of the first one is good news but why isn’t remote play enabled for Killzone 2&3 yet?
Many people bought Vitas for this feature alone. Plus, it was an advertized feature.

I’m trying to buy a 1 year ps+ but there is no option to buy just preview and recommend?My current sub runs out in March but should be able to stack it right? I bought a €50 psn card just to top up my plus but cannot do so.

You can stack your PSN+ subs. If you buy it now for the discounted price you’ll have another 12 months added on after it runs out in March.

Also, not wishing to defend SCEE but they did kind of announce Machinarium was released. It’s in the comment section of the weekly store update. I got the feeling they were concentrating on getting it out there first. Fair play to their effort. Sadly though Closure is now available on Steam. It’s an amazing little game.

It’s ok i sorted it out, had auto renewal turned on in account management then the option to buy it appeared in the shop.

Last week, I bought Rock Band Blitz. This week, I topped up my PS+ subscription. Next week…? The World. Yes, that’s right, I’m going to buy the World next week… just a heads up.

1 Machinarium was added to ps store thursday last week downloaded it finished it 100% within just under 3 hours because i had it on the pc

2 SlimeTyrant is going to own the world and davie222 is now king of the vita’s

counter-strike global offensive please…when is it coming out…and why the delay?

I have yet to download any games from the instant game collection, not because I have any of the games it’s because I don’t like any of the games put on there so far Iam very fussy.
Not sure if I’ll continue plus when mine runs out.

Can you guys please get the NHL 13 Early Release out on the PS Store? It was supposed to be up on Friday evening for EA Sports Season Ticket subscribers.

Dude, nice trolling attempt but one quick check and I could see that you already owned and played Dead Space 2 (and part 1 and Extraction). Or that you also played inFamous 1.

There goes your tale that you didn’t own or like any single one of those games in the IGC.

And even if you really wouldn’t have considered just one game to be interesting enough to give it a try, that would be entirely your problem and not one of the service. If you are almost impossible to please, simply don’t think twice and quit Plus.

25% discount for PS Plus subscription was pretty tempting; so decided to try the service. Looking forward to interesting free, especially PS3 exclusive, games and discounts (e.g. Bomberman Ultra and maybe TTT2/DOA5 dlc offers).

i been told sony are changing psplus owned icons to blue and they are mixing them up, so i checked mine and it looks like its true all the psplus games show owned icons in blue, but the problem is some of the non psplus games are showing blue i counted six on mine so far and that was just a quick look so i took screen shots of all my dl list/ service list/ purchase list and lucky i kept all my Receipts, because if you leave psplus you lose those games even the ones you bought that are not psplus that have blue icons so just check

the blue icon i notice on the 2 subs the 90 days & 1 year, you also see them when you rent or buy a film plus you notice when you try the free 1 hour trail it will be blue icon till you buy it then it will turn red.

so i take blue icon as a special meaning.

I want to add I’m a pround owner of a Ps vita it’s a wonderful piece of Kit, i recommend it especially soon vita to join plus family.

Hi Fred, do you have any update on the resident evil 2 being removed from the vita store, can’t gt it on my vita and I bought it when psn said it was compatible but got took off before I could transfer to vita. Also I have zen 2 plus marvel pinball, but since zen 2 got released when I redownloaded the stand alone marvel game (to get trophies) it won’t boot up, redownloaded it 3 times to try and get it to work.

The ZEN pinball 2 prob, is it the trial you have on vita or the full game upgrade ?, only if it’s 1st then that’ll probably be the problem, ie the trial for Zen2 won’t work/let you earn trophies from a Zen1 table, am just guessin mind, But if it does the same on ps3 then it could be right.
lol, i thought the store was broke last week when i was able to get a few tables free, then i read it was just the 1st ones we got with plus, (i think) or we’d bought for Zen1, but converted to work on Zen2, though i wish i would of grabbed them pre order dlc’s, wouldn’t mind i don’t even play fighting games, but still, may of come in handy . one day.

if it wasen’t so we’d have everything U.K has on our store. and we’d get some new features. be atleast fair once we are getting excluded more and more with games and features and not just my country poland,scandenavia,denmark and many more.
