I am not going to post my truthly post which i believe you’ve been considering as spam. If you dont wish for me to moan and complain then can you give me some way so i can put a complaint in and recieve an answer? Thats not hard and i’m even asking nicely.

I sent an email in on the 1st and now its the 7th and have had no reply, atleast give me the respect as your customer to stop ignoring me and help..

And i stick my my comments i will not be purchasing anything from the store until im ackownledged by the staff.

Yes, TMNT Turtles in Time Re-Shelled, was also pulled from Europe.

OH! I had £20 set aside to get me some Portal 2 action but Devil May Cry Collection is delicious at that price, thank you!! I’m glad more and more of these games are making it onto PSN since my Blu-ray drive died about a year ago and I really on this store. Thanks again guys but maybe Portal 2 next week? ^^ Super happy!! There is (or was) a Plus exclusive DLC pack for Dungeon Defenders in the US store. Any chance we could get it here as well?

#100 there was soppused to be crysis 2 and 2 other games but there isnt anything in the store ><

It’s REALLY annoying that we keep losing features.

I logged on with my Vita (and formerly PSP) to my PS3 every Wednesday when I get in to browse the store because the main TV is usually in use.

It was a GREAT feature. I’m wondering why I bothered with my Vita because Sony seem to keep forgetting it exists!

Please stop taking features away from us!

Also, on a side-note, the new store design is awful. I loved going straight to the “New this week” section and being able to see it all. The new version has stripped this from me, and splitting stuff out into Games, Demos, DLC sucks. Where are the themes? Where’s PS Access? Why is Plus not as prominent? As for the new search function… horrible. Why did I buy a wireless keypad? Why, in fact, have I stuck with Sony for so long when they don’t care about their customers?

I just accidentally got the vita version of when vikings attack when I don’t have a vita! You mentioned that when you get the PS3 version of it you get the vita version free…..does that work the other way round and if so, how can I go about it?

I’ve been raising the issue about the Plus content on Store updates for the last couple of weeks, but it seems that my words are not being considered.

We need a more thorough information about what’s in for Plus subscribers in Store updates posts. We once got all the information about avatars, themes, etc in this post or in a separate post with all the plus content.
Just look at the mess you almost created by leaving the already announced Crysis 2 and R&C A4O out of this post.

Currently we need to go through almost every post on this blog to know which discounts on which releases or sales we will get, and sometimes the information is simply missing. As when we get to the store there are new Avatars, themes, or whatever discounts that were not communicated.

Please, consider my words as a way to improve communication.

I’ll answer skyrim DLC questions. Bethesda are having trouble getting dawnguard running at a “acceptable” framerate etc on PS3 (but they have said it’s running & is ok for the majority so they really want it working so the picky whinging people won’t moan). Due to that hearthfire is delayed.

Patch 1.8 on steam included PS3 DLC info within the files so we have some hope.

If this guess is correct i think the may be laying the framework for the DLC within the next few patches allowing dawnguard/hearthfire to run smoother at launch instead of buggy game then patches.

Store needs a ‘new this week’ section badly, finding anything currently is far too much work.

If I cannot search easily, I will not buy.

Still no Counter Strike and I am not surprised. I have had to resort to buying it on a different platform. The sad thing is that the game is incredible and EU Playstation owners are missing out.

I had money ready to give Sony. Out of all the platforms I wanted to support the Sony console. After being treated to a free weekend of playing it and a discounted price I saw no reason to wait out for a PS3 release.

Congratulations on losing a customer. To be fair, I don’t even think you have lost a customer because from what I have gathered Counter Strike GO will not even see the light of day here in Europe.

Ok, here’s some constructive criticism re: store design.

I won’t complain about layout, but can you, please, make the store working through remote play? The old one was working seamlessly, so I could arrange all the purchases/downloads with my Vita from the office, so I started to play immediately after coming home.

I can’t believe there some people complain about singstar icon and new store. what wrong with singstar? you can’t use it ps3 and can’t play games because that ? NO_ Is a simply icon like others if you don’t use it simply ignore it. Now the store, bring back the old store? for what because you can’t used to really? I know loading slow because start like game but then is fast very fast, all the games you want is in front of you and not need to open again and again different icons. maybe the demos is not necessary to put in kart they must download at onces and the download list need search menu but i tnink they fix that and add more option for everyone. On topid now, great update a lot new games very nice

EU PS Plus is better than US PS Plus.. month after month! you guys are the best! I salute you sir!

Is there any chance in the future that the store will remove the minimum £5 top up? I’m tired of having to spend a fiver just to buy a DLC pack which costs like £2.

Nintendo let you pay just the required amount on the 3DS eShop (e.g Theatrhythm song for £0.90p)
Be great if Sony could do this too….?

Is the store constantly being updated to fix where things are and stuff like that? For example DLC that hasn’t been set to a specific game?

I’m getting my nephew eyepet for christmas and I’m struggling to find the DLC on the store. The DLC for eyepet and friends is sorted under the main game but the DLC for eyepet isn’t categorized in a similar way.

Vblank update for RCR on facebook is same as SCEE. It’s coming but no idea when. From that i can only assume SCEE testing is the hold up.

If it’s bugs SCEE finds either we have a brilliant QA team & SCEA doesn’t or the bugs are cause by the multiple languages…. or due to multiple countries laws things need removing/changing etc but due to other console versions not being delayed i’m leaning towards bugs/glitches.

And finally a request. Any chance of the psygnosis game Overboard! (PS1) being released on the store. Took ages to remember the name & now i can’t play it with out *cough* something i will not speak of on here haha.

Could we please have a “New this week” section on the store, it should be a priority. I have a horrible time finding stuff on the store so I gave up but would like to have a easy way.

18 replys still not really answering anybody’s query’s. It getting ridiculous with the constant stonewalling from SCEE. Whats the point in even having a comments section if you cant answer people questions as it leads to spamming although i agree with the point made in the spam. If you stopped stonewalling people and gave them answers maybe this would stop. Its bloody ridiculous and in last 6 months at least, the blog has gone so downhill that one has to question the validity of it and whether there is any point in having one due to the fact that you the staff are so removed from the community that there’s just no point. On a side note, PS PLUS is a bad joke in that the vita service was confirmed to launch today. We’ve had no details and now were are being told it’ll be next week before we get details. Again announcing something great for the vita and then it doesn’t materialize. Tempted to phone CS and cancel the remaining 15 months i have on plus tbh because the overall service has turned into crap.
