just one problem why is DMC HD not showing up on the store. been looking for half an hour but no luck

I’m getting a “this content cannot be selected at this time” message when trying to download Dyad. Any help?

I am a plus subscriber and have the following issue

Dyad not working in store “cannot select content”

Cubixx HD, I cannot download this game. It says purchased though I am sure I have not bought it and when I select it it says it costs 70 SEK.

Ratchet and clank all for one is not showing under instant game collection or in plus area at all.

I’m using Dutch PSN and don’t see Devil May Cry HD. Any ideas?

The Darksiders II SeasonPass thing, that doesn’t let you download Abyssal Forge isn’t fixed yet, or is it? Still can’t get it to work.

Just some feedback/issues:

Cubixx HD – It is asking for me to pay £6.49 when it should be free, it also says that it is Purchased. I seem to remember i downloaded the Demo of it when it was first released.

Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One – is not visible in the Instant Game Collection, you have to search manually for it.

Sales – There is no section for it, or am i blind?

MasLegio, to get the full version of Cubix HD, Download the trial of Cubix HD and install it, then press triangle on the file and select Purchase, it should then goto the unlock file, worked for me, let me know how you get on with it.

LBP Karting is a dumbed down version of Modnation Racers with a LBP graphical sauce over it.

It is really sad as the good competitive stuff that made MNR fun basically got ruined.

Everyone should ban LBPK and buy MNR instead. It is cheaper, better and more fun!

hmm..very ‘convenient’, i mean having ‘free’ titles that will also take your cash, so ok, majority of ppl ‘here’ will know Not to press purchase button.. but we are only the minority of eu customers, most haven’t got the info, would ‘like’ to use word knownledge, but someone would prob try to turn it on me.. so i can only guess at how much money has been wrongly paid to scee, during this new store farce, and obviously the kind of ppl who Would make that mistake, either wouldn’t know, or wouldn’t bother/even know how to get refunded anyway.. And that of course would be a case by case approach, i mean scee most likely blame the customer, saying they misread the ‘ever so clear (lol) instructions’.. yeah, somehow can’t see scee rushing ‘too’ fast, to fix this goldmi.. soz meant store.

Please sort the store out it’s all over the place! I’m having the same Cubixx problem as others, I had to manually search for R&C:A4O ( like everything else I wanna get to) coz it’s nowhere to be seen, like Pid which I couldn’t find at all. I’m gonna stop there otherwise this message could get Very long!! Very bad show

Like the new Store: Except nothing work 100%, and it´s laggy as hell.
Do you even (double) Check what is going Online?

when you press the purchase button it goes into the store and the unlock is advertised as “free”, no money down!

No Australian release for Dyad? C’mon Sony. I’d been looking forward to that game for what… two… three months? However long the PAL delay was. If you’re going to secure exclusives, you could at least offer to pay for their worldwide classifications. =\

Just a few things wrong in the store. Please answer (there is a lot more wrong).

R&C all 4 one: not in Plus – Instant game collection (but can be found in “games”- “special deals” for free)
Cubixx HD: Only the demo is in “Plus” – “Instant game collection”
Why are Double Dragon Neon and Halloween: Trick or Treat Theme in the “Discount” part of the “Plus” section?
Why has the “What is new?” section almost all older games in there like Tokyo Jungle and Journey?
Why is there in “Games” – “Last additions” – “All”, on the second page a non Dutch language text on the Plus commercial picture?
Why are some text running out of their boxes?
Why is my store in Dutch (I used the English translations in this note) when my PS3 language setting is English?
Why are selections who say to show you new demo’s or DLC also show stuff from last week? It’s confusing.
Can I turn off the sound the store makes and can I listen to my own mp3′s on the hdd?
Why no previews in the Themes anymore? The US got them!

The Mugen Souls DLC seems to be non-existant… can’t even use the useless search function to find it…

@373: looks like i’m not the only one with the “missing DLC” issue. I’ve tried reporting the lack of music packs for SC5, both here and in the italian forum, let’s see what happens…

IMHO they should make DLC searching a LOT easier, and better, without “missing stuff” issues. The recent UI updated caused more harm than good. My 2 cents.

I have downloaded the trial part of cubbix hd, but now my store (portuguese) requests me to pay 7,99€ do download the unlock to play the full game (of course i have plus). Can you help me with this? Ratchet doesn’t show in the plus section, but i found it by searching it.

This store are still very glitchy and non up to date of what you have been anouncing. I’m glad you have moved on about the old store…but after so many problems (outage..etc), you can’t put something so messed up like this online before you correct all the glitches.

And the demo unlock thingie for Cubixx HD is in the store. Not sure where the demo is. My god what a mess.
Fred ensured us the store would get better. Unfortunately it got much worse!

Any chance you can add some sorting options for our download list? I have 774 items in mine and 2 PS3′s and having to scroll through all of those items is a hassle. Also put an icon (like the red shopping bag icon on the old store) next to content on the download list that is already installed on the current PS3. Cheers!

I’m sure you’ve noticed MANY posts commenting on changes made with the latest firmware and of course the new look PSN Store. How about replying to some of those comments?

- SingStar app should be optional and placed in the folder with other downloaded PS3 games if folder view is selected. Not just sit there on the XMB.

- PSN Store is awful. The search is broken. Content is missing or has disappeared. The redeem code box looks terrible. Finding what’s new each week is now a time consuming chore. Change it back. There’s a reason why the US kept the existing layout. It works!

With the old layout, it was easy to find what’s new each week, and what content was available for each and every game. It was much simpler and faster. Now you have to go to games, add-ons, latest, filter by newest, then scroll through the scattered 400 icons to find what you want. Even releases for the same game (eg. RBN, RB3) aren’t grouped together. All scattered!

- Moving trophies from Games to PlayStation Network sucks, and syncing them whilst in a game takes an eternity, and there’s no way of cancelling the operation.

Please take these comments seriously. It makes the Store unusable.

If this is how it’s going to be (particularly with not getting the same content when the US gets it), then my next console won’t be a PS4, it’ll be an XBOX (and i’m sure others feel exactly as I do, majorly let down by Sony time and time again).

Most of the stuff is there if you search but the DMC HD collection seems to be absent still…

Strange that there is no news on the PSP games compability whit VITA.. You would almost think they have abandoned the vita, left it for dead..

Cant you guys play nice whis NIS and get the games and DLC here? or atleast let UK accounts gift those games to us in the not avavible countries?
Is the NIS not getting to release DLC in Scandinavia still secret?
Still not seeing Disgaea 3 on the Vita..

Next point, when will the following PSP games be avavible on the Store? The ones whit (VITA) is not vita compatible.

@383 Regarding trophy sync just turn the trophy section into offline mode so it doesn’t sync.

@384 Same most of it is there but still no Mugen Souls DLC either…

As posted above, there is a work-around for getting Cubixx HD. Just get the trial, start it, and select ‘purchase full game’ in the main menu. This will send you to a page of the old store (YAY! It still exists!), in which the full game unlocker is free.

@Sony, it’s a bad sign that we need the old store to fix stuff that goes wrong in the new store, isn’t it?

Will there be a digital copy of Black Ops 2 available on launch day or will it be made available with the next store update?

The psp games you listed work 100% on Vita. Just hack it and play them because the chances of them being on PSN is never, they want you to ripoff the devs and publishers but not putting the games on psn when the end users want the games but piracy seems the only solution…

Even if it gets on PSN, pirate them anyways, why support the PSN when they support no one but their pockets

When are you guys gonna update the Full Game Trials section of PS Plus? I mean we in EU have 35 Full Game Trials and the US people have 105! Come on! Full Game Trials is part of PS Plus Subscription!

I don’t know if you’ll read down this far, Mr Ashraf, but I wanted to post a counterpoint to all my complaints about the delayed release of Dyad. Thanks where thanks is due: thank you for this update.

Here I am, stuck on a business trip away from my PS3, and three of the games I’ve been waiting for get released on the same day! Dyad, Pid & LBP Karting… Man, I’m in for a treat when I get home.

@Jawad: Hi, I am actually pleased for once that the new store layout is such a shambolic, frustrating mess! Even though it meant I had to manually search for Toejam and Earl because there’s no icon showing (it’s one of my favourite games from my teens and one of the reasons I’m so tired this morning), there’s was also no sign of the DMC HD collection, which means I haven’t had to invent reasons for my girlfriend not to buy it as I’ve bought her a physical copy for Christmas and safely stashed it away. So thanks, I think?!…

Well now I can download the unlock key for Cubixx HD for free as a PS Plus subscriber but the trial for the game is gone from the store now??? It doesn’t come up through a search. Luckily I already had it in my download folder when I tried the demo. What a joke, the fix something in the store only to break something else. Even the US psn store seems run better and with less issues with the new design.

@Phant0mIsMe, not sure how effective PSM3 would be, but I’m seriously considering contacting a consumer group like Watchdog. I used to deal with executive level customer service issues for a major UK chain, so I reckon I can word it in a way to get taken seriously, which is a still a problem when dealing with games because its wrongly still seen as something for kids, I’m nearly 40 and been playing since Pacman was state of the art
