Ninja Gaiden 3 DLC is missing from the store.
there is meant to be two Packs that include various DLC for one price Ninja Pack 1 & Ninja Pack 2 both for 7.99, the game might be poor but the content should still be there.

I’ve just purchased the DLC pack for the full album “Dookie” by Green Day for Rock Band 3 along with some other stuff from the store, but neither the songs from the album nor some file containing all the songs appeared on the download list, even though the price was deducted from my wallet along with the other purchases. The purchase receipt I got in my email also lists the album as paid for, yet I still can’t download it. What gives? Has anyone encountered the same?

Jawad, care to help me out here? I don’t really enjoy paying for DLC I can’t download. :/

I can’t remember how long you’ve been running the store updates for, but I know in the past that Australian prices used to be posted, I believe it was before your time.

Please, I think we’re a big enough market to at least let us know what we’re supposed to be paying for the content, and I have enough trouble wading through the new PS Store looking for things as it is without adding finding out how much things cost to the list.

Also, someone needs to look into the Welcome Back freebies, if you download them from the new store’s download list, it comes up as a trial and unlock that the PS3 asks to send to a PSP. If you download them from the transaction history on the XMB, it is fine. I wasted a few gigs downloading games, only for them not to work, and unfortunately I’m capped at 8GB a month, so I was pretty cranky let me tell you.

The new store layout is simply awful. Nothing can be easily found, the search doesn’t even bring up correct results. Try typing in “portal”, “peer review”, “in motion”, “valve”. You simply get no related results.

When searching for a product you cant narrow it down to a letter such as any game beginning with “J”, instead you have to scroll through a list of everything that you can arrange into alphabetical order.

The sort option seems to do what it wants. Sort by A-Z and you wont end up with a list of items in order of the games title. Neither will you end up with a list of DLC by it’s title. Instead you seem to end up with some sort of mulch of the two. For example “Tiger Woods” is the second hit under game add ons sorted by A-Z, purely because the DLC is “+0.5…”. If I were searching for Tiger Woods related DLC surely I would expect it to come under “T”, not by individual DLC name.

Any ETA for PlayStation Mobile availability in Portugal? And the Vita Youtube app?

Regarding game delays check the latest issue of PSM3, there is an article covering delays and lack of transparency from SCEE in UK

PLEASE READ……. its about resident evil 2 being pulled from vita after 1 user complained that he couldn’t change to disc 2, he said it has no option to change disc like on ps3 & psp so you took his word & pulled it .. but it works fine all he had to do was push down on the vita screen whilst hes on the game till a menu pops up and go to switch disc easy as that.. please please put it back up because i deleted it for space to try a demo then went to redownload to see it wasn’t compatible anymore.. i paid 7.99 for it and would be so chuffed if it was put back up because of that noob not checking b4 complaining … … .. … … thank you keep up the good work

I’ve not touched my PS3 now for weeks. Lets be honest here, SCEE are seriously losing a lot of customers and money because of the way things are right now and in all my years of gaming I’ve never known anything like it. In fact I doubt I will be back on mine in the future, I waited and waited for CS:GO and it’s still not here, over 2 months late, got that fed up I bought it from Steam. It’s just delay after delay, the online store is a shambles and I swear that Sony don’t want our money in the EU. Me and quite a few people I know have already cancelled our PS+ subs and refuse to buy anything from the PS store.

Also, can you make the store accessible from the Vita via Remote Play again? Seems a bit of a step back to disable that.

Finally, PLEASE re-introduce a “what’s new this week” to the Store? It’s absolutely nuts that I need to refer to a blog post to find out what’s new in the store. Don’t you want me to find and buy stuff? Odd.

Well isn’t that informative. I’m guessing that way we won’t know what’s missing like what happened last week with Mugen Souls DLC which is still missing. I mean is it because its just a perceived small title and not a “cool” game to be bothered to put the time in and copy and paste what’s actually out. I mean whenever a EA title is released, this blog post goes on and on with the amounts of DLC each and every one is listed and detailed, I’m looking at you Tiger Woods. I mean it’s not like you’d do it with other titles is it? Can you imagine this…

when you purchase hd collections on psn, can you then download each game individually or is it just one big download?

got very little space left on my hdd and was looking to get gow collection as it is on sale

PSASBR wasn’t listed for today and comment 168 also said it wasn’t there.Turns out it is.

As I type this I feel I’ve answered the question,but would like to be sure.

I’ve added PSASBR and the extra content by preordering.But as of yet,I’ve added no funds.I got a mail telling me the date it will take payment.Will this only take funds from my store wallet,and not attempt to take money off my card.

The reason I think I’ve already answered this,is your not allowed to charge my card without me authorizing.I was never asked this during the process.
I don’t want to put £40 in the wallet if it’s going to try and take it off my card.Otherwise I’ve £80 looked into the store.

If it’s wallet only,that’s a cool system because a user can add bit’s here and there.I think you should look into putting up preorders at least a month in advance so people can benefit by gradually adding funds.

Are there any plans on a discount for the modnation (ps3) DLC?
The game itself is 7,49 euro at the moment but the theme packs are still 9,99 each. That’s still the same price as on release of them.
US got a temporary -50% discount on the packs because of the 2nd birthday of the game back in may.

Some problems inside the Store :

- Impossible to find and download the trial of “Cubixx HD”, I can only download the “key” (6 kb)
- I can’t find the DLC of Fallout 3

I bought Motorstorm RC, and was succesful in getting it on the Vita. However, the PS3 Store only lets me download the 100kb key. Even when I select the ‘PS3 demo’, it still only downloads the same key. Trying to search for the game doesn’t help, as that also directs me to the main page.

Any help on this please?

@ chrisboers This is the same problem I have mentioned on page 2 of this post.

I fixed this issue by going through my download list. There is some content missing from the store itself which is why this problem is occurring.

@222: Thanks, but I don’t think this will solve my problem, as I haven’t previously downloaded the demo. I know this workaround fixes Cubixx HD (because I downloaded that demo previously).
I can manage for now, as I prefer to play it on the Vita anyway, but I hope SCEE can add this to the (pretty long) list of Store problems.
Oh, while I’m at it: The (Dutch) store has a lot of product pictures with Swedish/Norwegian text in it. So much for localisation… (I prefer English anyway).

@Ishar I had the same problem. If you have downloaded the demo (you can find it using the search option, but it only gives you a 6kb to download), go to your download list and download from there. The file in the list will be 1600kb (-ish, don’t remember the exact size).

Anyone else having major issues finding content on the new store? Took me about 5 minutes to find the Portal DLC (and even then it was only 100k)

Hi, any news on psone games? Via regular release or import. Games like Suikoden, Xenogears, etc. would be unbelievably welcome. I know about the problems in europe, but could Sony not say wich games are being worked on? If something then doesn’t work out, a small post would be enough. This way a lot of frustration could be prevented. I do think that a more open approach to informing the Playstation fanbase would be much appreciated.

I posted last week but didn’t get any response, could you perhaps respond to the following issues:

1. Pricing seems inconsistent in the Israeli store, specifically for bundles, an example will be avatars that cost 1 ILS each but a 4-avatar bundle of the same avatars will cost 5 ILS. Another example is Metal Gear Solid HD for vita costing 73 ILS for each game separately but 169 ILS for both.
2. When Viking Attack pre-order didn’t work for me and wasn’t available through Vita, can anything be done with the developer regarding the pricing?
3. My user comments still await moderation for no apparent reason. Other users around here use foul language and spam multiple comments and my comments who had never been rude or offensive always await moderation.

@SneakCore, I’ve just started getting into the Deathspank games myself, don’t know about the unlock for Thongs Of Virtue but if you just put in ‘Baconing’ on the search it should bring that one up (it did for me the other day anyway)

I also asked a question about vita plus but no one responded. Can I put IGC ps3 games into my download list using my vita. I dont use my ps3 much and I wouldn’t like to miss on ps3 igc games because of that.

@chrisboers – If you have another account, use it to download the trial of PS3 version of MotorStorm RC. I was having this issue just with the Cubixx HD, and just downloaded the trial on other account.

For some reason it seems that if you pick the full game upgrade for game before downloading the trial, these days it’s much possible to get locked out for downloading the trial anymore.

Even if I go on my main account to look for Cubixx HD Trial via demos or search, I can see it and it’s size, but always just get the 6kb unlock key. Just gotta remember in future to have both (trial and full game uprade) on cart before checking out if this error is not going to be fixed.
