Prepare for battle as this week we launch PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. PlayStation’s greatest assemble to unleash crazy combos and signature moves in evolving arenas. Play in a variety of competitive or co-operative game modes or learn the ropes with tutorials and character trials. What’s more, purchase on PS3 and you’ll get the PS Vita version included. Who will you play as?
The final episode of Telltale Game’s The Walking Dead is upon us. Through the choices made in the previous episode, witness the events that are about to take place in this thrilling conclusion to a fantastic series.
Elsewhere, Capcom’s DmC sees a demo release today. Dante’s latest demon-slaying adventure boasts familiar gameplay with a twist. See our recent Blog post for more on what to expect. If you like the demo, be sure to pre-order from PlayStation Store as you’ll get the Vergil’s Downfall DLC for free when it releases in early 2013.
On PS Vita, show off your artistic talents and create your own virtual graffiti using a variety of tools and techniques in t@g, a unique Discovery App. Again, see our developer Blog post for more information.
PS Vita owners can also get funky with Sega classic Jet Set Radio. There’s also the very appealing (we all love Kinu Nishimura’s designs) visual-novel game, Virtue’s Last Reward, and acclaimed horizontal shoot ‘em up Sine Mora.
You’ll also find that this week Sega’s deeply satisfying and gorgeous PSP title, Valkyria Chronicles II has been reduced in price and can be purchased for just £9.99/€12.99.
A packed week indeed, then. Peruse the list below for the full list of content coming this week, including DOOM Classic Collection, LEGO Lord of the Rings, Chronovolt and plenty more! Oh yes, and there’s also the Activision sale, which you can find more information about right here .
Have a fab week gaming! Maybe you’ll bump into a really bad Raiden/Dante player in All-Stars online. That would be me…

Here we are, November 27th! 4 days after its release date and still waiting on Lego lotr. But are you guys waiting on your money? Hell no!! You took my money and promised me the digital version for the 23rd. Where is my game?
SonyEU is so unprofessional it makes me [DELETED] embarrassed. I’d be surprised if anybody even bothers to read this, but the Playstation Store has got its last penny from me.

I think it would be better off if cod was Xbox and pc only.

@ FRED
I hope you’re still frequenting this section of the blog??
I just wanted to know if the Aftermath expansion for Battlefield 3 will be available today within the store? I have the Premium membership, so it should display, shouldn’t it? If so, what time is this expected?
Kind Regards

Don’t start with me over this all I’m saying is if activision/trayacre care that much about the Xbox 360 why don’t they just stick with the 360 version.i don’t recall any cod game working properly on ps3.and if activision/trayacre cared that much about they game they’d release cod equal on both platforms and bring the dlc out at the same time instead of making ps3 owners feel like they don’t deserve the new maps for choosing the wrong console.and the price of the black ops 2 season pass is £40 but it’s £35 on Xbox live, you can say what you like about this comment but I know people feel the same way.

@ de3bs0
‘trayacre’????
Joking aside I have to agree with you. I putt off MW3 due to the Elite subscription but April this year there were spare copies of the hardened edition for £40 @ Gamestation so I nabbed a copy at that price! I bought Black Ops 2 yesterday with credit from trade-ins but the Season Pass is a joke! If they were expansions like BF3 then it would sway my decision but for map packs…..forget it!
Just a shame that the Black Ops 2 Hardened edition doesn’t include the pass, as I would pick it up within a few months due to the price drop!

1) Not about this update but why is a few games on the PSN priced at around £59.99. If it’s a digital version why charge more? We’re not paying VAT for this content (well I don’t think online content requires VAT of any sort) so all of that £60 goes to the company.
2) When will we see the PSN+ for the PSV. Is there a reason why it’s not around yet? If we know more then it’d be easier to patiently wait for PS+ On the Vita.
3) If you save data onto PS+ and then you ran out of PS+ is there anyway to bring back the save data onto your PS3 and safe onto your PS3′s hard drive? I’ve just got PS+ and I’m a bit worried about whether to use this feature or not
Finally
4) The auto-fund system for PS+, how does that work? Does it fund PS+ for a month, 90 days or a full year? Can you change it to allow you to choose how much money it takes out?

Black ops 2 season pass should be 34.99 not 41.99 when are you gunna fix it both GAME and Activision are saying its 34.99 why are you ignoring the question? why should we pay 7 more pound then your competitors? its bad enough you made a mistake but not fixing it for a week and ignoring us is not how you treat your customers. The only response we have got is you saying you will look into this last week is their any other update? Please fix this sony.

Quotes from Activision:
“Buy the Call of Duty®: Black Ops 2 DLC Season Pass and get all four DLC Map Packs for the discounted price of £34.99.
“Save £5, at discounted suggested retail price of £34.99″
your thoughts jawad/fred/SCEE?

@ jozhster_ and All asking about BLOPs2 season pass.
Fred answered this in the weekly round-up, he said it is not a pricing mistake, then added the ‘official’ lines, ‘i can’t say any more about it’, basically it IS £42.99 for real, well for us in EU, as apparently all other regions Are selling it for the advertised and recommended rrp quoted on Activision’s website. So what we, or I wish to know is Why ?. i mean charging us £7 more than is advertised, is this extra going towards scee, or have Activision made mistake ?. i see no valid reason or (legal) need for us not to be told if it Is Activision’s ‘fault’, so i can only assume Freds use of ‘can’t comment’ is to protect scee from possible ill-will, I am though ‘hoping’ to be told i am wrong. But by a member of team.
465
Posted on 27 November, 2012 at 11:27 pm by jozhster
@solarwind12
its £32 on Xbox so we was already being ripped off by £3 but now we are being ripped off by £10, I checked an exchange rate site and £42 is $66 and ps3 users in US have it for $50 that is CRAZY.
if this doesn’t get sorted i’m going to report Sony/Activision to Watchdog in the UK under fair tranding standards because we are being ripped off.
anyone else who is upset should report to watchdog aswell.

Thanks for replying to my comment Jawad it’s a shame we didn’t get Jet Set Radio for free like they did in the US but i went and bought it anyway and i can say it is well worth the 7.99!

SCEE, I would like to ask for comment regarding the price gouging of your customers. The Vita games in the EU region stores are in some cases over 300% more expensive than our friends that are lucky enough to have access to the US store.
Please see the below price list as posted in the US PS Blog today:
•Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $35.99)
•Little Deviants – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $26.99)
•MLB 12: The Show – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $26.99)
•ModNation Racers: Road Trip – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $26.99)
•Reality Fighters – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $26.99)
•Resistance: Burning Skies – PS Vita (now: $26.99 original price: $35.99)
•Smart As… – PS Vita (now: $26.99 original price: $29.99)
•Uncharted: Golden Abyss – PS Vita (now: $35.99 original price: $44.99)
•Unit 13 – PS Vita (now: $26.99 original price: $35.99)
•WipEout 2048 – PS Vita (now: $17.99 original price: $26.99)
I don’t expect to receive comment, but it would be appreciated.

@ de3bs0
It’s not a case of Activision caring, it’s like i said in a previous post – Microsoft have secured a deal for COD.
Basically, EVERY dlc for EVERY Call Of Duty game for the next 3 years will be released on XBox and PC 30 days (and cheaper) before PS3.
469
Posted on 28 November, 2012 at 2:28 am by SK4SF
@ jozhster
I completely agree with you. Watchdog are already aware of the SingStar spam and adding this will interest them more. Sony can only stay silent for so long before they have to start giving committed answers.
470
Posted on 28 November, 2012 at 2:59 am by SK4SF
@ ALL
If you want to know how little Sony care, check post #451. That post was being moderated and then posted as okay. Check out the word before “embarrassed”.
471
Posted on 28 November, 2012 at 3:32 am by jozhster
@SK4SF
i kinda accepted the singstar spam as us getting the short end of the stick when the US get the option to download it from their store.
but the BO2 season pass issues are more infuriating to me as i spent £35 on a BO2 season pass from GAME in good faith after both Activision and GAME told me it was £35 and now i cant get a refund, i know its not the end of the world and £35 aside its the principle of it. as i stated above we was being ripped off £3 anyway yet SCEE/Activison decides to charge us an extra £10 for no apparent reason just because they CAN.
how come SCEA dont overcharge, how come us EU gamers get overcharged to fatten SCEE/Activisions wallets. it makes no sense so i have inquired with activision to see if it was them who chose that price when their RRP was £35 or if it was sony.
i just find it shocking that conversion rates dont excist to both companies because we are paying more then the US -_-
once i find the culprit i will take further action to watchdog.

yeeeeees best news ever…. Dishonored is amazing …
“I can tell you that Dishonored is far exceeding our sales expectations, which is especially cool considering it’s new IP facing a host of well-established franchises this quarter,” said PR chief Pete Hines. “We did terrific numbers again this past weekend, both in stores and on Steam, where Dishonored was listed as the #1 selling title over the holiday weekend. And Dishonored has really sold well overseas.
“So, we’re very pleased and appreciate all the fans that have supported Dishonored and Arkane. We clearly have a new franchise.”
@jawad or fred any date set for the dlc?
will it be 12 Dec as the US get it on 11th
thx

WHAT!! Singstar is optional for SCEA users I couldn’t be bother to look for it as they store a mess too but if that true I’m disgusted I accepted the singstar on my ps3 but this take the cake using us as lab rats to test the reaction 1st SCEA got wind of this farce.
& did not want it force upon them so there got a better deal a option if they want it, but SCEE likes to alienating it’s users base. They found another way to alienate us.
Oh jolly good I love it when their screw us over.

Hi Sony.
I notice that after many weeks my PS3 is still presenting me with a 1.5 meter non-removable advertisement for Singstar every time I switch it on. This seems rather an intrusive thing to inflict upon loyal customers such as myself.
Presumably Sony have decided that the potential revenue that this advertisement will generate is more valuable than the goodwill of customers such as myself.
I have been a Playstation user for 17 years, putting up with poor customer care and faulty online play for most of this time. Your decision to force this Singstar advert into my home is the final straw, and I am going to switch to Xbox the moment Microsoft release their new machine.
Bye!
