“Heads-up” PlayStation Store update 5th December 2012

Hi Jawad, Virtua Fighter 2 has the Fighting Vipers picture in case you missed that.

Also, i’ve been unable to re-download Infamous for quite some time now. The version on my download list and also all the versions on the game download screen including the PS+trial won’t install without a Psp connected for some reason. The download/install bubble also has a yellow mark to the left of it and i’m not sure what that means, if anything. Any ideas ? Cheers

So is mass effect 1 available straight away or do we have to wait until Friday?

Did someone say Sound shapes dlc ? Are we due some ? Great if we are.

How come Sonic all stars racing transformed has had it’s price raised? It was only £29.99 the other day you’ve slapped another £5 on top of it (It’s not as good as the first so w/e)

There are Sound Shapes DLC packages within the US store so it’s only a matter of time before we receive them.

But now I’m also wondering if I should restart my Mass Effect runthrough on the PS3, so I can avoid playing ME3 on the PC (‘cos I’m still paranoid about EA’s Origin). Tricky…

If you’ve been charged then you’re pretty silly for checking out! When you checkout it states what the price will be so if it wasn’t free you should’ve held off!

Just looked on the store. Mass effect 1 is a 10GB download. Better clear some space

I have a general question about the store and the rating system. Looking at uncharted fight for fortune its had 17 downloads all 5 stars. does the store automatically give a 5 star rating when a game is bought. it seems like it does which is very misleading. Ive noticed this on other games too on the store where they have all 5 star reviews on the day of release.

With regards to the Batman Arkham City DLC that will be discounted next week. Please make sure the discounts are acceptable, as like i’ve stated numerous times, you can purchase the GOTY Edition for £14.95 with all DLC, so your discounts need to be cheaper than that!

Hi, Darksiders 2 The Demon Lord Belial dlc is not showing as free ( I have the seasons pass), and I still cant buy all-star battle royal on vita, please fix

You have to physically submit a rating. Alot of purchasers will just rate it 5* without playing it first, so I wouldn’t acknowledge the ratings if I were you!

Bought Virtua Fighter 2 and Fighting Vipers, both awesome! However in the store where you look at screenshots one is clearly from Fighting Vipers 2, which isn’t on PS3 but should be next in the Model 3 collection along with Virtua Fighter 3 and Scud Race. Go on make it happen!

very important question… when are you guys going bankrupt cause with zero real games been released for months you sure are making no profit with european users.

I agree with Jawad, Virtua Fighter 2 is indeed a classic!

Sonic Fighters is horrible & i’m surprised they even bothered to release it again. Not sure on Viping Fighters but have heard mainly positive things.

So Sonic Racing Vita is £34.99 on the store. I got the PS3 version cheaper than that! Seriously, what’s with all these 3rd parties pricing their Vita games so unreasonably? Sony games tend to be priced reasonably on the Vita store with the only exceptions being Uncharted and Resistance. But it’s rare to see a full retail third party Vita game be priced at £29.99 or lower. Can’t Sony just put a limit on how much third parties are allowed to charge on the Vita store? I’m sorry, but more than £29.99 for a Vita game is ridiculous.

This may be a stupid question but how do i download Limbo? it’s free now but wherever i find it on the store (even under demos) it just downloads the unlock key and not the actual game!

Cant find little big planet karting demo in the new demos section.

Also when i go to the lpb karting main page there’s no link to a demo.

@Jamesyp00 I went through the demos and it still downloaded the unlock code, but I managed to re-download the demo by going through my download history from last year.

I’m confused about Topatoi (I bought the first one but not the dlc has it been discounted or is it just the bundle?

I was wanting to know if there were any plans for a price drop on games like Dark Myst (it’s 5 years old and lacks trophy support being over £6 seems a bit much

They may have “fighter” in their name, and might be reasonably good games, but it still feels like an insult nonetheless when Guilty Gear is what should’ve been there…

(Seriously. someone over there just click copy>paste from the US or JP store. no-one will tell – we’ll be too busy playing it.)
