Hello!
Am I the only one who miss Lego LOTR for PS3 and Vita from the Store?
When is the planned release date?

Bethesda had a problem at their end. It will be released next Wedensday. Looking forward to that one…

The Catwoman DLC is free. When I downloaded Batman last week it also downloaded the DLC on the side.
The DLC listed on this post is probably something different

Got Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, 1997 as Christmas present. Great game, brings back nice memories.

No Assassins Creed 3 avatars
?
Also, is the Spyro trilogy a collection of all three games (silly question but the deal is too good to not be suspicious lol).
Get well soon Jawed.

Catwoman DLC IS free, just download Arkham City and it’ll be included in the download.
Great update! Not into GTA but I always loved Spyro and SotN is still one of my favorite games!

Only 20% off the map packs and no discount on Harley Quinn’s Revenge? That’s very disappointing considering XBL had it discounted at 50% off for Black Friday.

So is San Andreas £11.99?
When will we be getting the youtube app that the US has had for ages?
Posted on 12 December, 2012 at 3:27 pm by Fred Dutton
Yes, £11.99. No firm date on the YouTube app yet, but I beleive Google is working on it.

Just bought the Spryo trilogy on my Vita. Spyro 2 doesn’t seem to be compatible with the Vita. Is this a temporary mistake?

Posted on 12 December, 2012 at 3:21 pm by kivi95
I got a question about Spyro.
If you buy the triology they are 7GB big together but when you buy them separate they are about 1GB together.
How come?

Posted on 12 December, 2012 at 3:22 pm by KnightOrc
Um, Robin Bundle £4.39, Nightwing Bundle £4.39, Skins Pack £3.99…
The Arkham Bundle which includes those 3… £11.99, buy them apart on this deal and its £12.77.
Discount on the Challenge Map Pack isn’t bad.
Lack of a discount on the Skins and Harley Quinn’s Revenge is disappointing.

So because I bought Uncharted:Fight for fortune last week when there was only that to be purchased…I have to pay more to pick up the late released dlc?
Awesome! Thanks for that.

Awesome
Will be picking up one of my favoruite game series of all time, Spyro The Dragon trilogy me thinks ^_^
Thats a great deal for all 3, by any chance can you do that for Crash Bandicoot?
Also, is there by any chance Ape Escape, Parasite Eve or Spider-Man been looked at for PSone Classics?

The 10% off Family Guy for PLUS Members hasn’t been added.
Under Defeat HD is still £29.99 too!
Will pick up Sky Infinity & i’ll purchase the DLC for Sound & Shapes.

Nice Updates. BTW GTA: SA is already in the store but only if you go thru the ps2 classics menu , and there at the bottom of all games. Didnt find it thru search.
Not buying tho for that price.
@Staff is it possible to make ps plus cheaper? i mean digitally it costs 50 EUR but in europe huge chains like Carrefour, Media Markt sell it for 30 EUR already.

What about Dishonored Dunwall City Trials DLC and Black Knight Sword?
Thanks!

I’m looking into BKS.

Black Knight Sword is still being pushed through the system. It will be live a little later this evening. I’ve update the Blog post for clarity.

Hey Fred.
I don’t like to complain but I have a small reason to whine today.
Uncharted fight for fortune, a new game that came to the store just a weak ago, now goes with a bundle containing the two new DLCs.
I think it’s unfair that there is no bundle with only the two DLCs for people that bought it already, can you please check it out and ask for one ?
Also best wishes to Jawad.

Some praise and then a question…
First of all: Love the new browser-based store. I don’t have access to my PS3 at the moment, and this means I’ll never have to miss out on a sale or PS Plus offer again. Window-shopping is also a lot easier, and I already see myself greatly increasing my purchase rate. Also, it looks slick and beautiful – has a “sony feel”, and I mean that in the best sense. Wonderful work all around, and the people in charge deserve a raise!
I do have a question though: Do I need to buy the Catwoman DLC for Arkham City or is it included? And if it is included, why the discount?

Posted on 12 December, 2012 at 3:30 pm by Gentix
Oh, sweet! Finally I can get my hands on the first two Spyro games! The new website store is also really nice (although it decided to glitch up when I wanted to buy Spyro 2.) No problem, I’ll just get on the PS3 and buy it there.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus… how much longer?
Apparently the delay is due to ‘distribution procedures’ or something like that…
It was released on XBox in Japan, USA and UK 7 weeks ago; PSN in Japan (in English) 6 weeks ago; PSN in USA last week… why are we still waiting?
It’s just a digital download… it’s been ready for weeks, but it still hasn’t been made available on UK PSN… this unnecessary delay is ridiculously annoying. :/

I’m afraid I have no intel – Jawad might know more though.

What browsers are supported by the web store? I thought it sounded like a good idea and then got a message about an unsupported browser which all felt very 1990′s.
For reference I’m running Firefox 16.

Fred quick question, the xmas sale announced on the blog today, how long does it go on for is it past xmas day as im getting some psn credit for crimbo and was gonna buy then but have had my fingers burned by waiting when these sales come round before ie the offers get wiped out quicker then stated and I lose my chance! Do the ps plus discounts stay past Xmas day aswell? Cheers

In terms of classics today has to be one of the best updates ever! But none of the games I want to buy work on the Vita (GTA:SA, Castlevania & UnJammer Lammy). Is this likely to get fixed ever?
The Spryo boys must be chuffed, but now they have quieted down there is more room for other demands!
BRING BACK FANTAVISION!!

There is a lot of the festive sale games (e.g. deus ex: human revolutions), that I can’t find in the store. Shouldn’t they be made available along with this update?

Excellent to see the Spyro Trilogy on the Playstation Store. But it seems that Spyro is not downloadable on the Vita according to the Download List (I first downloaded the trilogy on the PS3 before going onto my Vita, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with the issue).
Otherwise, it’s great to finally play the trilogy again.

@ Nahkriia
You shouldn’t even waste your time contacting SCEE Customer Services. They’re known world-wide for being the worst in the industry.
Clueless telephone operators that simply work from a check-list on their screen. Anything asked of them that’s not on the list of pre-written answers is met with confusion, ignorance, intolerance, and arrogance. Emails that can’t be answered by an “auto-reply” are basically ignored.
——————————
Fred, please can you talk to whomever is responsible for commissioning dynamic themes to…y’know, possibly look at them first beforehand? 99% are absolutely dreadful (but to be fair, they always have been. Thankfully Microsoft feed my interest on game related themes. I know, gaming themes for a game machine? Crazy idea!). More importantly, can you request the trailer feature return for the dynamic themes.
After buying so many rubbish themes because I can’t check them out first, I refuse to pay for any more. Microsoft on the other hand appear to want my money more than Sony.

Glad to see my suggestion about a discounted ‘bundle pack’ for certain PS1 games was listened to! Brilliant stuff, you should do this for Crash too, and even encourage Square-Enix and the like to incentivise these bundles. Definitely picking up all three.
Few questions:
1) GTA: San Andreas price seems a bit steep if I’m being honest.
2) Was half expecting a 50% discount on the Arkham DLC but 20% is better than nothing so I’ll grab that!
3) I’m having an issue with content I got as part of the Welcome Back scheme. For example, I’d download the WipEout HD unlock key (recently got a Super Slim) and after download it would come up with something about copying to PSP, and it also has a yellow timer icon next to it. What should I do about this? Cannot install these games because these items are behaving like portable titles.
I’ve WipEout HD/Fury and Dead Nation, while a relative has Ratchet and inFamous, and I’d wager she’d have the exact same problem.

Hi Fred,
Could you get in touch with the lads who manage the new Browser-based Store. I try to add the unlock for Big Sky Infinity to my basket (both PS3 and PSVita versions) and it tells me I am not eligible to purchase or download the content(and I’m a PS Plus subscriber!)?
Could you flag it up with them as soon as you can, as I’m sure it is just teething problems with the new store?
Glad both Spyro and SoTN is on there (definitely want them on PSVita also!). I know there was a lot of complaining, but the wait was worth it!

It seems like the problem with Spyro 2 is fixed now. I’m downloading it on my Vita now. Just close the store and re-open it and it’ll be available to download on your download list.
