If something is a ps+ game, check the ps+ post and you will find your answer and that it has NOT been ignored. In the ps+ post go to page 3 and read comment 122. People are only repeating what others have already asked, therefore they only get annoyed cos they want the attention so feel ignored.

Maybe if they done some reading then they wouldn’t need to ask the same question. Am sure you would agree answering the same question over and over and over again gets annoying. No-one should have to repeat themselves. Yes it would have been nice if it was in the post but it aren’t so that means everyone needs to read some comments (in the correct post of course) before they post something

WOW! Reading these Comments sony must be the most hated company in the world! Do the managers not care? And fellow ps3 gamers please dont hate the blog people they just do their job,some might not even have a Playstation (or use it), so they just cannot answer all these questions or react to all these complaints! If you have an isse with something it would probably make more sense to try to find the contact infos for managers within Sony Europe and contact them directly.

I bought Deus Ex: Human Revolution and it keeps freezing after press start. Anyone else having this problem?

I’m used to Sony crapping on us in the EU now. Just get used to it. It makes it so much easier to get past something when they break a promise. And if you still don’t like it get a 360 and stop whinging about it. Sony will always see the EU as as third place Behind the US and Japan. The sooner you realise this the sooner you stop expecting things to be on time and don’t mind as much when its late or if you don’t get it.

Also as a PS+ member I get free things so if its a little late who cares. Its free and you will eventually get it. Again if you don’t like it don’t renew and play the Wii or something.

My dream is to be able to e-mail “Sony managers”, just now we are stuck asking mods, bloggers, community wardens etc. Which would be fine if they had any real authority, but they don’t.

To be able to do anything they have to ask their superiors, if we want them to ask their superiors something we have to beg.
Their superiors have no idea how the Sony feedback system works, the mods and bloggers do anything to avoid asking their bosses anything and they sneakily refuse to give you their bosses contact details, because it would highlight their lackadaisical nature towards customer support and would mean they actually have to do some work.

I want managers replying on this blog, not some nerd who is scared he will get fired for raising issues made by the community.

Wrote on community forum on technical help but nobody replied.Would be so kind if u guys help me , really wana play those games on my christmas free days

It is about time. And it better be some good PSVita deals too as I can’t understand why it was forgotten in the Christmas deals already and USA has some bad ass PSVita deals.

A new console, it is not selling up to what is expected, so there is a need to get it into the spotlights.

Besides that, when something is promised, keep it. An update for the festival sales were up for today, the 20th. Now it is tomorrow morning 21st.

World is gonna end tomorrow you know, so that’ll be little time to enjoy what we buy digitally

Hi Chris Just wondering when Mortal Kombat and the other PSN Plus games will become part of the instant game collection as the store in New Zealand has updated and everything apart from the new plus vita games have been added or changed. Thanks.

So any replies stating that MK was brought forwards for us is complete garbage and the fact that it is already two days late does very little to inspire confidence. Mistakes happen, we all accept that, but covering them up with lies is very disappointing to say the least.

It’s Friday already and I don’t see neither mortal kombat nor Knytt Underground, why is that? I’ve been waiting for Mortal Kombat since it was announced and would love to know when will I be able to donwload it.

i brought gta 4 complete edition but it shows as just gta 4 and its got a expire date lol ringing them would most likely cost more than i paid for the game the amount of time they keep you hanging.anyways any way to fix this.

Good news people, both the Papo & Yo and Datura soundtracks are now available.

I bought Motorstorm RC Complete Edition.

I am getting a C2-12383-7 error when I try to install the game on Vita. It installed fine on PS3.

I tried all obvious solutions like checking if I have enough space and transfering the Vita game from PS3.

Is there a way for me to install the game I paid for?

Not sure if it was intended, but it seems LEGO Batman: The Videogame [PSP] is free in the UK for Plus members (in addition to Mortal Kombat as intended).

Why is Lego Batman replacing Mortal Kombat as a Plus offering in Finland? It was to be case in Germany and ( I believe) in Australia only.

Same problem anywhere else or is it just affecting the finnish store?

are PS+ users outside Australia and Germany getting the PSP Batman game on top of Mortal Kombat for vita?

On the PC store i see the batman game but no clue about Mortal Kombat. Hoppefully it is just a mistake and you will fix this.

I literally bought the vita last week, when i knew Mortal Kombat was coming for free for PS+.

So where is munch’s oddysee for the belgian/flemish store ? We dont want no french version on the flemish store, strangers wrath was released without a problem in english on the flemish store, whats the sudden problem with munch ? i got money ready to spend but if you dont want it …
