What are my respective odds on:
Max Payne 3?
Rayman?
LBP Karting?
Binary Domain?
NFS The Run?
CARS 2?
Child of Eden?
Any of the FEAR games?
being free within the next 12 months?

“These discounts will go live after the store update this Wednesday, 23rd January and will run for one week only. Enjoy!”
You would have known this if you read the entire post! LOL

Will there be an update on the sale, with a similar sale to the US ’13 for 13′ sale? Especially, any chance of getting LBP Karting on sale over here too? I’m going to buy it anyway, but would prefer the EU PSN version, if the price is comparable. (Yes, you’re competing against your own collegues now
)

Never mind, I just read your other reply that there will be no ’13 for 13′… Ok, off to the US store then!

Is there any chance any of the FFXIII-2 DLC will come up in this sale? Wouldn’t mind a few outfits haha

Which version of FF6 is it? I remember the PSX version having massive issues with loading speeds…
Definitely grabbing found seven through nine though!

The US sale is unbelievable, thats how you treat plus members, 75% off. UK gets like an extra 10% off.
US getting a big push for plus with the new bundle coming out whereas UK plus gets a heads up on a rental for a resident evil film.
Id rather have Little Big Planet Karting for £6.30 like the US thanks.
Or Jax & Dexter for £1.26 or Tiger Woods ’13 for £6.30.
Those are some serious discounts, I know you’re saying the stores are seperate and don’t align but surely we could get some HUGE discounts on new games too, LBP Karting was nowhere near that cheap here.

@chrisboers:
And compared the January Sale over here, ours is a complete joke and 10% to 20% off is weak and I bet PSVita won’t get some love in the sales tommorow.
But the bright side however, the US haven’t even got a sale for Final Fantasy titles yet and we did which is a great. Usually, we get nothing in speaking of Anniversaries though.
And Square-Enix, thank you so much for respecting your European fans. Usually some companies don’t even care about their European fans.

People who are requesting a discount on Final Fantasy III… stop whining and get it for €14,99! It’s definitely worth it!
And if you don’t want a digital copy, like me, import it from Japan on UMD for about €40,- It’s English too, so it’s perfect.
As for the actual sale, I think I’ll be picking up Final Fantasy VI for on the PlayStation Vita. Own all the games on disc, but a handheld version of VI, which I haven’t played to the fullest yet, is definitely worth it!

>>please remember that the two stores are seperate so we can not always align
Yes, we know. And I’m pretty sure that everyone outside Sony hates that.

That’s awesome. Thanks Chris Howe!
Is there any way I could pester you to get some attention cast on the lacking amount of PSX RPGs in Australia? We only have a few FF games and Wild Arms I.
Can we PLEASE at least get Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, World of Mana, Suikoden and Breath of Fire IV?
Preferably more would be better. But these are essentials. Games ever RPG fan loves and now has no access to.
Also, any word with PS Mobile being able to play PSX games again?
That was a major selling point for most people so getting that up and running again would be nice.
Thanks for you time and sorry to be a bother.
this guy has some great ideas for games to come out, but if you gonna bring suikoden out, pls bring the suikoden 2 aswell, to try buy these on ebay will cost you a small fortune, i have never seen both for under $500

Awesome!
If I purchase and download FF7-9 onto my PS3, can I upload these to a PS Vita at a later point when I get one? Sorry for stupid but not having a Vita yet means I’m not too on the connectivity between the two consoles!
Cheers

What with the absence on FF7-9 in so many countries?
119
Posted on 23 January, 2013 at 4:40 pm by Taehu
@ 117
Yes, you can upload/download them to Vita just fine, either via PS3, or directly to Vita from the store using WiFi for example; I’m not sure about copying saved games.
@ Chris
Any clarification on the dates of the sale? In store it’s stated the promo goes till 06.02.
And what about the price changes, in Poland at least? I clearly remember getting FF VII-IX for 36 PLN each, now it says they “were” for 39 PLN before the promo, same other games… Is it some sort of a deal with SE?

Question: Why is Final Fantasy Dissidia duodecim prologus on the vita, while the actual game is not?
Will the game work on a vita even if the labelling says it wont? Because on the US psn both games work on both handhelds…
121
Posted on 23 January, 2013 at 5:19 pm by ladorunner
In addition, the dlc says its compatible with the vita.. The mind, it boggles.
122
Posted on 24 January, 2013 at 1:07 am by tarquel
@ladorunner: think its a labelling error as the description for “DISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASY” on the SEN web store says:
Compatiblewith PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) and PlayStation®Vita.
and it appears under PSP games on the Vita Store itself (i’ve just bought it
but dont have free space to download it
and the prologue – thats on the addons section of course).
Hope that helps
I’ve heard that when you complete the main story, it unlocks the entire first Dissidia game, but I havent looked it up to see if thats true… but if it is, then i guess theres no point to purchasing that hehe… anyone know?
123
Posted on 24 January, 2013 at 1:13 am by tarquel
Seems i lied, as i cant find procant find the prologus on the vita store, but here’s a link to it on the web store (the link in the main post is linking the main game instead doh!
)

Sale is being weird for me… I’ve bought V, VI, VII, VIII and IX previously but only V and VI are showing up as purchased in the sale? Hope it’s just the sale being funny and not that they have been removed from my download list for some reason. Downloaded games still run fine.

Dear Chris,
Thank You for this awesome sale.
I live in Hungary.
What should I do?
Who can finally merge the english store with the hungarian one?
Please tell me who/what is the blocking point and why we’re left behind? I always wrote this or similar post in the past and unfortunately got almost nothing. There are many other games I would buy if they would exist in the hungarian store.
Thanks

Hi Chris,
Final Fantasy 7 seems to be charging the full price of £7.99 at check out despite it being clearly labelled as £3.99. When adding it to the cart by itself it resets to show £7.99 in the check out, but if added with other items it shows £3.99 but still adds the full £7.99 to the total. Is this going to be fixed before the offer ends?

Greetings
Here in Portugal, Final Fantasy VII is charging full price, ) 9.99€, could you fix it, so I can grab it while it is on sale?

I have the same problem as DarkCyber87 but in Sweden. It’s charging full price but at the same time it says 45:- .

Posted on 25 January, 2013 at 8:53 pm by Ajaner
On the store screen it says 40 NOK for Final Fantasy VII. But when i click into the game and tries to buy it, the price changes to 75 NOK. What is up?

What’s the deal with FFVII showing full price? I’m sure it was £3.99 yesterday, but went to buy it this evening and it’s showing £7.99. None of the other titles in the sale are affected.
Any chance this could be sorted?

Hey Chris, please can you put a word in to see if you can start providing the 60Hz NTSC versions as an option for when your purchase the PS1 games?
I have bought Final Fantasy V, VI, VII, VIII and IX, and they’re all in awful, slow PAL 50Hz.
It’s not acceptable in this day and age when there are better versions available on the American store.

In the Polish store FF VII is actually more expensive than before the price-cut! It used to be 36 zł, now it’s 39 zł. Not a good incentive to say the least. Fix that guys!

I just tried to buy final fantasy 7 and its £7.99 (full price). Thought this was on sale for £3.99?? All the other games are the prices specified… Just wondering if this is a mistake or have I missed something? Cheers

Is it me? or is FF7 Showing € 9.99 instead of € 4.99 ??
Can any “PS Store moderator” adjust the price a.s.a.p. ?

“These discounts will go live after the store update this Wednesday, 23rd January and will run for one week only. Enjoy!”
On the store it says the deals run from 23/01/13 – 06/02/13, ie. 2 weeks, which is correct?
Also, like everyone is saying, FF7 has gone back to the full price.

Is there an explanation for Final Fantasy VII only being reduced for 1 day?
Surely it cannot be included in the sale if it is no longer reduced?

Like a lot of the other posters here I was going to download FVII at the sale price of £3.99 and have found it’s still listed as £7.99 on the store.
Please can you explain why it’s no longer discounted as its been less than a week.
Thanks.

Hello,
Please can you provide a response to the main queries listed by everyone here…
1) When will FF7 be available again to download at the sale price of £3.99?
2) When does this FF sale end?
Many thanks

I was checking just a minute ago and still the price is not adjusted.
The sale indicates the following :
Final Fantasy VII (Not available in Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, India, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine)
Was €9.99/£7.99/AU$14.45; now €4.99/£3.99/AU$7.35
I really wanted this game for the reduced price please sort it out for your customers!.
