Video Store update, 21st January 2013

Hi everybody, I hope you all had a great weekend. I would like to share four new Video Store releases with you today:

ResEvil_enGB

Resident Evil: Retribution
Between 21st and 24th January, PlayStation Plus subscribers in the UK can purchase the newly launched Resident Evil: Retribution before its general digital release. We’ve seen a phenomenal response over the years to Resident Evil from the PlayStation Plus community, and we wanted to give you something back to say thank you.

To view the trailer or buy, please log in via your PlayStation 3 and head to the PlayStation Plus category, or search Resident Evil: Retribution.

Looper

Looper
In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past where a “looper” – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up. Joe is getting rich and life is good… until the day the mob decides to “close the loop,” sending back Joe’s future self (Bruce Willis) for assassination.

Available to buy in the UK from 21st January, priced from £11.99. Available in Australia to rent from 25th January, priced from AU$5.99

The Sweeney

The Sweeney
Detective Inspector Jack Regan (Ray Winstone) and his loyal partner George Carter (Ben Drew) are old school crime fighters enforcing the law in a modern underworld.

Available in the UK only, priced from £3.49.

House At The End Of The Street

House At The End Of The Street
Seeking a fresh start, newly divorced Sarah and her daughter Elissa find the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But when startling and unexplainable events begin to happen, Sarah and Elissa learn the town is in the shadows of a chilling secret.

Available in Australia to rent and buy from 23rd January, priced from AU$5.99. Available in the UK from 28th January.

All titles are available from PlayStation Store in glorious 1080p HD!

Any news on when we’ll get Dredd? Really wanna see it!

The Sweeney is beyond dreadful. I’d only recommend you see it if you enjoy wasting your time and money

Highly recommend Looper to all – very good film. Pleased to see the price for the HD version isn’t too over priced – unfortunately still more than getting it on Blu-Ray though so down to the shops for me…

Roll on the wave of “When Will We See The Video Store In My Country” posts.I gave up on that two years ago.You should really sort the Countries Tag line out,at the top of the Blog post. This is just begging for abuse.

baz3 jep total agry
put new tags like all / benelux /fr/gr/uk/au/sp/it/……

Really looking forward to Resi and Looper, though once again these will be BD purchases from me.

“service is not available to you region” ohhh :(

Can I re-downloads movies yet? There’s no point buying films to keep if you can’t redownload them like you can on Google Play and iTunes.
