‘Heads-up’ PlayStation Store update 20th February 2013

Hey Jawad, the bundle “Split Second Velocity Ultimate Edition” for PS3, released exactly a month ago, is vanished from the Store. Would you kindly verify what happened to it?

After all the broken promises and all the delays, coupled with with the bias towards the American market. The decision to have 3 different localised stores, which is a stupid idea, do you guys think that Ps4 will sell with this current business model. I bet the Australians and New Zeland crowd and all the other countries you neglect to publish in but the 360 does will vote with their wallets. I for one won’t be buying fed up of being treated like the cousin that never gets invited to the party.

Hey Jawad…Was not supposed to be avaliable in this update today for the psp and psvita a game by nis america called Generation of Chaos Pandora’s reflection?

It says so on Nis america’s web…Do you know if there is an issue with it?

i really don’t see the point in the oddworld bundle, the game doessn’t even have a cross/save function!!!
a really nice discount on both versions individually would have been a much better idea because as good as the game can be i surely won’t play it twice!

As for the Skyrim DLC’s now all of a sudden they are not available in Luxembourg too, as usual great communication sony !!!!

If you feel mistreated by SCEE, imagine living in Denmark where we get even worse service… it’s tragic, really.

I’m done buying new Sony platforms until they fix the stupid regional differences. This isn’t 1995 anymore. Everyone is connected across borders these days and we all know when we get left out, which is something no one wants to deal with.

Sony is such a massive dinosaur. No wonder they bleed money left and right. They have no clue about the current marketplace and they move at a snail’s pace. I’m not going to buy a PS4 and get the redheaded stepchild treatment on that platform as well. I’m done with that.

Sony, get with the times or fade away. The current situation is untenable. Dinosaurs don’t belong in the 2013 digital market.

@DBcoopmore I actually don’t have a problem with that as a fact, but it’s kinda offensive that they call it “loyal customers” if that’s exact wording. I mean, which market is more loyal, paying more despite poor treatment?

Well that sure solved my dilemma about whether to buy P4G now (it is not available at retail here) or get my sister to bring it over from the states. Pay 25% more or wait a few weeks, in which I don’t have much time to game. No brainer.

Something is very wrong with your digital distribution platform when it is substantially cheaper to buy physical copies at full retail price overseas.

I Don’t usually ‘defend’ scee, But what does scea giving $10 credit out to ‘some’ people have to do with them (scee). of course i’d love a nice little gift myself. But don’t believe i deserve one just cos ‘some’ US ppl did, we are different entities, scee/scea.. That i DO have a problem with, as (as allways) i believe US get better everything than EU, so sooner this psn business is intergrated into a global one, the better.. Anyway, Do US have chance for ‘some’ ppl to win good games every week, (friday-debate), and what about plus games. i hear enough ppl here saying US one is crap, compared to EU’s.. though personally i would choose theirs, more discounts on new stuff, instead of getting better full games i allready bought at release.. lastly, though i know certain devs (or sen ?) actually think a pound is same value as the dollar. but (really) how much is 10 $ in pounds ?. so ppl wanting free tenners or 10 euros are allready asking for too much, aren’t they ?.. maybe a free five£or€ would be best to ask for/complain over.

Wheres the Raiden costume for Playstation All Stars Battle Royal? As far as im aware we are missing 4 costumes, one being Raiden. Its the only one I want. Please say we will get it

Can you guys PLEASE bundle all those Rockband, Rocksmith, Singstar, whatever,.. songs in respective folders? Such a pain to browse through.. And why not put the newest content up top automatically? Feels like such a hassle having to select/filter ‘newest’ all the time just to see what’s new.
Hope this store design gets changed upon, or atleast improves a lot fast..

There’s always been the psp double bundle packs of persona 2, 3, and trails in the sky and whatnot. I guess we’ll never see like a triple pack of all 3 for cheaper, since the single and doubles are all pretty expensive = /

Still, at least Ragnarok came out = ), and I got p4 coming in the post to combat the memory card space problems

Hey Oddworld Stewart, I saw that there was an Oddworld patch on Vita recently, and then it was taken down again. Do you know when it’s going back up? I’m really looking forward to being able to disable the back touchpad on melee controls as I keep bumping into them. Thanks.

Also, any news on when the other Oddworld game releases on Vita?

I purchased the PS-Allstars costumes, they originally included a costume for Dante,Raiden and Big Daddy costumes. Are they coming later or have they been removed permanetly?

OH, by the unholy Kratos! Crysis 3 is £69 or 79.02Euros in Norway. Wow, that’s…just…brilliant.

This is such an honour! I want to thank the publisher of Crysis 3 for making sure that I NEVER EVER buy the game from the Playstation Store. I would also like to thank my mother and father for teaching me to be sensible with my money and to pay less for the same product if I can. Last, but not least, I have to give a shout to my wallet: You are going to stay just as fat as you are for now. We’ll find Crysis 3 cheaper, well, anywhere.

I know you Playstation dudes don’t have a say in this. It’s just completely idiotic that digital downloads costs A LOT more than buying the disc.

Any impending news on Counter Strike: Global Offensive? Or are Sony and Valve just going to disregard Europe altogether?

I’m not saying that I think I deserve money from SCEE for being ‘loyal’ or whatever , I just think it’s rather weird, with the whole, SCEJ SCEA SCEE, which causes things seem so disjointed. And in general I just find the move curious, seems a decent marketing move, but why specifically US?

I don’t think anyone should be saying we should get money for PS store or anything like that at all, I don’t feel like we need to be rewarded for spending money on PS related products, because when you buy a product, the reward is the product.

Already imported P4 Golden on release, but I beg ANYONE that is interested in RPGs to please give it a shot, it’s literally my favourite game of all time as the PS2 version, the Vita version just adds and adds to it.

Awesome month! My wallet is crying so bad ACIII:L, P4G, Hardboiled Chicken, Ragnarok, Sly, Trials, arr!! My Vita will explode I’m running out of free space on my 32 GB memory card! C’mon Sony, give me a 128 GB card!!

I put a very sarcastic reply detailing all the crap SCEE does on a repetitive basis, whilst commenting on how great SCEA is. Calling the Australians all convicts (as a joke for why they “used” to be part of Europe) and that they and the Germans deserve worse content.

So ofcourse, why would we expect even the bear minimum in Customer Service standards, how dare we complain that not only do they get better more helpful replies, cheaper digital games earlier, better email and phone service and an all round better experience.
SCEE should be sending them the money we spend on the lack of fair currency conversion to fund this, infact they should turn off the email robot monkies and replace them with tins of spam.
