What happened to the vita JRPG sale?? please tell me this is’nt it….

    Fred Dutton 29 November, 2013 @ 11:09 am

Can you let me know where you heard about a Vita JRPG sale?

As well as the deals above, our Christmas deals begin on Sunday. More on that soon…

Crazy prices love it!

Alphaembryo 29 November, 2013 @ 11:10 am   3

7.5/10

Dokuro at last!
I’ve been holding off on buying it since May! :D

Will Terraria be cross-buy when it comes to vita? If that’s the case I’ll buy it now

Rancid_Undead 29 November, 2013 @ 11:10 am   6

These are the “great games going on sale for Vita”? Rubbish selection. Thanks.

Why did I get my hopes up for a Vita sale, I knew better.

Is Terraria at least cross-buy?

Will Terraria be cross buy for PS3/Vita? Also when is the next sale? I have some credit on my account but this one doesn’t really interest me, holding off for more RPG’s for vita (or PSP).

I would also like to know about Terraria as it’s meant to be out on Vita next week so if it’s cross buy I’ll buy it now.
I bought Rainbow Moon in the sale already to save 50% on the Vita version next week.

THIS is what the EU store has prepared for Black Friday? Embarassing. There are so many good titles in the store and you mostly manage to pick out the mediocre or bad ones.

Will Terraria be crossbuy when it comes out on vita? Thanks

Is Terraria cross-buy or at least cross-play? Might pick it up.

thank you for the offers, any chances for The last of us sale soon?

/Poke Chris
Sid Meiyer’s Pirates for PSP please!! :D

Great PS3 sale and a couple of psp games i wanted, nice :)

Could’ve sworn PAIN was going free to play? Other than that some crazy good discounts. I’m getting a PS4 today so I just do not need any of these, but they’re soooooo cheap!

Steve_Of_The_O 29 November, 2013 @ 11:19 am   16

Dokuro yesssssssssss! *pumps fist*

Oh I must’v misunderstood, there was a rpg sale last week, and I’m sure I saw one of your staff promising vita titles would be added the following week in the comments…

In any case, this sale is really disappointing (for vita owners at least). I’ll save my money this time.

Fingers crossed there’ll be something worthwhile in the ‘Christmas sale’ for the Vita. Up voting the Terraria cross-buy question… See you on Sunday.

    Jawad Ashraf 29 November, 2013 @ 12:11 pm

It’d be a shame to spoil it now but rest assured, there are some heavily demanded titles in there so don’t spend all your Christmas money too soon. I shant be saying anything else :D

@Fred: You call this some Vita titles on sale? Its more like a PSP sale. Anyways, what about the yearly Vita titles? Has my question been forwarded yet? If SCEE keeps refusing to give an explanation, can the people that renewed their subscriptions, based on the false information given on this Blog, get a refund?

Yasir_Said 29 November, 2013 @ 11:22 am   20

>As well as the deals above, our Christmas deals begin on Sunday. More on that soon…

So now we have to wait till Sunday.

Hi, any chance for FF 2,3,4 or some other RPGs sale?

    Jawad Ashraf 29 November, 2013 @ 11:49 am

We have done sales on FF before but we can certainly approach SE for another round for the future.

wow

I can see several titles I will be picking up at those prices, especially Terraria so I can stop mining in FFXIV:ARR and start mining in it. >.>

And thanks for finally putting Dark Mist on sale

There are a couple of good deals or so here with Call of Juarez: Gun Slinger and Jurassic Park: The Game and some others under consideration from me. I was just wondering if you could get Sumioni: Demon Arts on sale for Vita and the Gex trilogy on sale for PS1 Classics, please?

evilwitch83 29 November, 2013 @ 11:27 am   24

Only 10% plus discount again? US regularly gets 50% plus discounts.
I am considering buying Dokuro, but these low plus discounts are one of the reasons why I am not renewing my plus subscription. As a plus member I am only getting it for 39p less than if I wasn’t a plus member.

Hi Chris,

Please explain why Bulgaria is yet again left out of the Prince of Persia deals? It happened some time ago during some other sale and this trend is continuing :) If the problem lies in some kind of exclusivity rights, when are they going to expire?

Thanks !

ill buy wrc because its so cheap but apart from that the vita side is pretty weak (vita side not psp as there are some ok psp offers for those that want them)

im guessing we will get the 12 deals of christmas again (i thought that method of being drip fed titles was unpopular over last 2 years tbh) with the proper christmas sale coming at the end.

as the 12 deals are far more like flash deals i really think there should be some good big vita titles as there not on sale long and it will give us something to look forward to, out of 12 deals at least 5 of them should be for vita.

Steve_Of_The_O 29 November, 2013 @ 11:31 am   27

Would be great if you could find out about Terraria being cross-buy :)

There are some barmy prices here. Love it. Once the store prices have been updated a number of games shall be mine

Dear god are NIS ever going to discount Persona 4 for us? Like, really, should I bother actually waiting? It’s the actual reason I bought a Vita but I don’t want to buy it and then see it’s on sale the week after.

Some of these deals are so good I’m worried it’s a fire sale and ps3 psn will be switched off following the weekend. Need to remember to buy some of the titles, not all of them!

Yet another subpar SCEE sale. Keep going guys!

@Hayzink: Told you yesterday :p Dont get too hyped for the xmas deals m8, we both know better by now. Enjoy ur PS4 :)

RagingAvatar 29 November, 2013 @ 11:35 am   33

Is Divekick crossbuy?

vectormatic 29 November, 2013 @ 11:35 am   34

I have to say this is a bit dissapointing, lots of volume, but very little quality, there’s only one real Vita game in there (which i’ll pick up probably, WRC for 5 bucks..)

I understand we cant get equal deals as the americans with their consumerism-celebration today, but the entire game selection seems pretty mediocre.

Here’s to hoping the Vita will get some love in the christmas deal.

Alphaembryo 29 November, 2013 @ 11:36 am   35

Any kind of deals in the foreseeable future for:
Rayman Legends,
Diablo III,
Grand Theft Auto V,
DuckTales Remastered,
Final Fantasy IX,
Sonic Generations,
The Last of Us,
Dead Space 3,
F1 2013,
RESIDENT EVIL 6

thanx

    Jawad Ashraf 29 November, 2013 @ 11:51 am

    Yes.

But which of those titles I cannot say. I guess you will need to check back in the next few weeks…

meh sale
at least dokuro is a good deal.
looking forward to the christmas deals, hopefully you guys did well and are saving the big deals for that one ;)

Any chance for a sale on:
Asura’s Wrath DLC
Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom DLC
Injustice DLC
Port Royale Complete
Breath of Fire 3

LordRastan 29 November, 2013 @ 11:37 am   38

ps3 ok, psp ok….

vita… disappointing….

anyway… please, somebody stop tapping your own shoulders for the ps4 release and answer…

WILL IT BE TERRARIA CROSS-BUY?

Thanks…

@WizzNL

its still 3 hrs away :(

i have money in my digital wallet to spend and i had really hoped that vita fans would not be disappointed but alas we are.

im kinda hoping that we could have more luck with the 12 deals.
take persona for example the store team have said they have tried but the publisher is unwilling to discount it just yet however they could be more likely to allow it to be discounted for 2 days in a flash sale.

will they? prob not but one can hope.

ill wait till sunday and see what the crack is and if it seems like its going to be poor ill prob just buy something for ps4 (was going to get putty squad until price jumped up)

while someone may actually be reading the comments…

I purchased Flower back in 2010 (demo & unlock key) yet if I want to download the vita version want to charge me again for the game. It was mentioned on the blog that Flower would be available free to those that purchased the PS3 version. Yet it isn’t and even more troublesome is the fact that although Flower is in my download list along with unlock key the Flower now on the PSN store also shows a price.

I’m not the only one this has happened to as friends of mine who purchased the game years ago and some on release are having the same issue where the Flower currently in the store is seemingly different than the one we purchased – clarification please as I’d rather not waste money calling customer service to be shunted around from one person to the next

As pretty much everyone else, it seems, I’m interested too if Terraria will be cross-buy. I think that it would be ideal for the Vita, I’m not really interested in the PS3 version.
So could we get an answer before this offer is gone on Monday?

Sadly Terraria is pretty much the only game of interest for me in this sale.
But if someone hasn’t played Prince of Persia (2008) yet: I recommend it. One of my favorite games this generation.

I didn’t have my hopes up in today’s sale and you guys still manage to disappoint. This sale mostly consists of Ubisoft titles, PSP games and games that has been on sale before which I already have. There is a couple of decent offers but pale in comparison to US counterpart as well as UK Xbox black Friday offers. Sorry to be negative but it’s how I feel everytime I see mediocre offers compared to your competitors. There is more PSP games than Vita games on sale. The last great sale was the Japanese games sale which I spent over £100. Since then, not so much. Please try to do more JRPG sales and less Ubisoft titles. Also, how about Asura’s Wrath DLC?

Another average sale.

@Hayzink: I bought P4G couple of weeks ago cause it wasnt in Plus again ( prolly next Plus update as i bought it now haha ). Its 1 of the best Vita games if your into JRPGs so if there isnt any discount soon you should buy it.

Good to know that those of us who haven’t gotten our PS4 yet still will be getting deals like this.

Good sale, very excited to see what you will bring us on sunday.

@WizzNL

used to be into jrpg’s in a big way but struggle to find time for them now unless its turn based combat old school style.

i do seem to find the time for super grindy srpg’s however so i would prob take a look at persona golden to re ignite my interests in jrpgs
