A first glimpse of DICE’s free-running sequel in action
If you’ve ever had the pleasure to visit Gamescom in Cologne, Germany then you know what a great and sometimes overwhelming experience it is. We’re happy to join thousands of fans from all around the world to celebrate games and to show you more about Mirror’s Edge Catalyst.
If you own a PlayStation 4, then you know that Sony has many wonderful games lined up for you this and next year. Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be available on PlayStation 4 from 25th February.
We know that many of our fans have been asking for gameplay and we’re finally bringing it to you. Watch it here:
The gameplay trailer takes place at the beginning of the game. Faith is released from juvenile detention, and her long-time mentor, Noah, has welcomed her back to the Runner’s lair. He now trusts Faith enough to give her a true Runner’s job.
She is tasked to break into the Elysium building in the Downtown district to find a terminal where she can get access to important information. However, things don’t go as planned as Gabriel Kruger makes an unannounced visit to the facility…
