Hi everyone

As you probably know, the highly anticipated God of War III will be released in most European territories on 17th March 2010, with the game hitting the shelves in Australia and New Zealand on 18th March and finally the UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria on 19th March. Not long to go guys, be patient, the wait is almost over!

Meanwhile, in case you haven’t seen them, here are our TV and Print ads which will run across Europe. Hope you like them both!

Hi all

In case you don’t already know, the God of War III demo is now downloadable from PlayStation Store. Make sure you go and get hold of it immediately, you won’t be disappointed

And for those of you who haven’t yet seen it, here’s the latest trailer where you’ll be able to see Kratos inflicting total chaos and destruction.

Just wanted to tell everyone how excited we are at SCEA Santa Monica Studio to release this new trailer for God of War III. Considering it has been almost a year since we have put out a new video, this is a really special time for us and we hope everyone enjoys it!

Just to give a little perspective on what we were going for with this trailer, we really wanted to sell the high action of the game and put together snippets of several of the big moments. Everything is pulled straight from the game – there is no trickery, etc. Everything is running in “real time.” There are no “cinematic” sequences here, meaning this is all gameplay.

Towards the end of the trailer we reveal some of the moments from our January media event. If you look closely you can see Kratos on the arm of Gaia fighting against the “Leviathan” water creature, giving a sneak peek of the scale in our game. I am very proud of the work our team has done and how this trailer showcases it. The final game has a ton more that is not shown here and I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks about it!

Hi everyone,

You may have read that the God of War III U.S. release date has been confirmed today as the 16th March 2010. Whilst I can’t confirm the exact date for PAL, I wanted to let you know say that we are aiming to release God of War III across PAL regions during the same week. I will confirm this as soon as I can so watch this space, the wait will be over soon!

Some more news for you … on 11th February, I’m really excited to announce that we’ll be unveiling our brand new God of War III trailer here so look out for it then, you won’t be disappointed.

Meanwhile, for those of you who haven’t seen it, below is the official God of War III box art, hope you guys like it!

We are also currently finishing off the box art for our Ultimate Trilogy Edition and I will unveil it in my next post.
