Interview: Dante’s Inferno’s Jonathan Knight

Last week, EA held their Winter Showcase in West London and Jem and I went along to meet a few developers and play some games. Among others, we checked out Dante’s Inferno, The Saboteur, Army of Two: The 40th Day and Skate 3. I also managed to grab an interview with Jonathan Knight, Executive Producer of Dante’s Inferno, just before lunch. Treat your eyes and ears by clicking play on the video below.

I still haven’t figured out why we had Star Wars characters walking around in the background… in fact, I’ve never seen Star Wars. Is that so weird? Elsewhere, Jem caught up with Tom French from Parisian sandbox title The Saboteur and that video should be live later this week.

PlayStation TV Commercial For UEFA Champions League

Hi everyone,

I’m pleased to announce that our new UEFA Champions League commercials will air on TV tonight.

Indi Cowie, one of the PlayStation Freestylers 2009 finalists, was invited to feature in one of the spots and here’s what she wrote for you.

Don’t miss the ads tonight!!

Hi, I’m Indi Cowie and I’m a 14 year old female football freestyler. I was fortunate enough to compete and win PlayStation’s Freestyle Competition in Rome the same day as the Manchester United FC vs FC Barcelona UEFA Champions League final. This earned me the unbelievable opportunity to film a TV commercial for Sony PlayStation who are a sponsor for the UEFA Champions League. The location of the shoot was Prague and I hope you enjoy my post from an incredible trip and experience in this beautiful city!

My mum travelled with me as my chaperone and after connecting through London Heathrow we arrived into Prague the afternoon of Tuesday August 18th.

We checked into our hotel which was located in the heart of the city. The hotel was luxurious! Prague is an incredible city with very interesting history and we immediately set out to tour the city. First stop was Wencelas Square and Dinner! We then set off on foot to visit the Petrínská Rozhledna (Petrín Lookout Tower, and people comment that it is a miniature Eiffel Tower). I counted 299 steps to climb to the top of the tower ! We took the photo below from the base of the tower.
