Exciting news! KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX is now available to pre-order across Europe, so get the jump on everybody else and make sure you don’t miss out.

Not only that – as well as the standard edition, you can also pick up a special limited run art book edition from selected retailers, which includes artwork for each of the titles in the pack.

But you’d best hurry – those versions of the game are bound to get snapped up sharpish.

The game’s out 13th September in PAL territories for the PlayStation 3, and we’re pretty confident it’ll be the best HD update you’ll have seen so far.

We’re really excited to announce that the magical Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is coming to PS Vita later this year!

Join the legendary Mickey Mouse on a fun-filled quest to bring a splash of colour back to Wasteland – a weird and wonderful world of forgotten Disney toons – in this long-awaited sequel. Exploring alone, or alongside the loveable Oswald the Lucky Rabbit in a co-op adventure, Mickey must use his enchanted paintbrush to find new paths, solve puzzles and battle evil mechanical monsters.

Naturally, we’re making the experience even more epic using the awesome controls of the PS Vita, including front touch for greater painting accuracy and tilt controls for racing mode. Greetings PlayStation fans, I return to the fantastical PlayStation blog bearing great news! Today we’re pleased to announce that KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX is coming to European and PAL regions this Autumn – exclusive to the PlayStation 3.

This is the perfect opportunity for the KINGDOM HEARTS fans among you to bathe in nostalgia and rekindle your love for KINGDOM HEARTS in a way you never thought possible. And of course for those of you who never played KINGDOM HEARTS on the PlayStation 2 back in March 2002, here’s your chance to experience this tale of bravery and discovery for the first time.

The much adored KINGDOM HEARTS series saw the formidable partnership of two great universes – Square Enix and Disney – for an unmatched action-RPG. You follow the story of Sora, a 14-year old boy thrown into a battle against a mysterious shadow enemy known as the Heartless. Armed with a trusty Keyblade and aided by the likes of Donald Duck and Goofy, Sora sets out on an adventure to find his friends and free the world of darkness.

As gaming CVs go, few can touch Warren Spector’s remarkable resume. After starting his career on the fabled Wing Commander series back in 1990, he went on to work on massive franchises such as Ultima and System Shock, before re-inventing the stealth genre with Deus Ex and Thief. In short, he’s a true giant of game development.

And next week he returns to the fray, with Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two – an ambitious sequel to his epic 2010 platforming adventure, packing in full co-op play and PlayStation Move support. The Junction Point founder was kind enough to lend the PlayStation Blog a few minutes of his valuable time to discuss the game – read on to find out what he had to say.
