Hey there PS Blog. With Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time’s 29th March release date rapidly approaching; we’ve got a few things to update you on.

First and foremost, we’re happy to announce that from 20th February you’ll be able to play the full demo on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita.

Ahead of that, you can check out the brand new companion game Bentley’s Hackpack right now on PSN! Based on Bentley’s hacking mini-games from Thieves in Time, it includes 60 totally new, controller-twisting missions to take on, tons of nifty Sly Cooper loot to collect, and cameos from the whole gang, all wrapped up in Bentley’s signature arcade.

Greetings and Happy New Year from the Sly gang!

2012 was full of fantastic gaming goodness. Hopefully you’ve found some favourites that you’re still playing, but we’re sure you’re already looking ahead to what’s landing in 2013.

It’s shaping up to be another cracking year with the upcoming release of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time! Sly and the gang are back on the 27th March on both PS3 and PS Vita. What’s more, for those of you that purchase the PS3 version of the game, you’ll be able to download the PS Vita version from the PS Store at no cost! Great news for Sly fans who’ll be able to play at home and continue their adventures on the go.

To whet your appetites, take a look at the brand new gameplay video below. It’s a sneak peak at how Sly and the gang work together to pull a heist on El Jefe, the epic boss you’ll meet during your travels to Feudal Japan.

Happy Holidays, everyone!

The gift-giving season is upon us all and by now we’re sure you’re happily soaking in the goodness from all these awesome game releases. However, we want to make sure that you’re thinking ahead, past the impending apocalypse and on to 2013 and the upcoming release of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time!

Arriving on 27th March 2013, the game is packed with all sorts of Sly sweetness. The game not only supports Cross Buy for PS Vita owners, but also Cross Save and some very cool AR functionality that lets you use your PS Vita to find treasures when playing the game on your PS3.

You may remember (or can read right here) about some of the cool stuff we’ve unveiled for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, chief among them the announcement that we’ll be supporting Cross Buy! But we’ll also be offering up some really cool AR features that you’ll be able to experience with your PS3 and PS Vita.

The Augmented Reality feature uses the PS Vita system to help you collect some valuable items as you play through the PS3 version of the game. Using the PS Vita system as a set of X-ray goggles, you can look into Sly’s universe to help track them down. (more…)

So it’s Halloween, the time of year when we all get to dress up in crazy costumes and trick or treat our way about town

Sly Cooper, our master thief racoon and his pals Murray, Bentley and Carmelita also like to get dressed up in costumes – less so for candy – but in order to pull off some of the greatest heists in history!

Have a look at the different costumes Sly will acquire in each time period in order to blend in. Each costume has its own strengths and weaknesses and may be useful when solving puzzles or fooling guards.

Check them out and have a happy Halloween!
