LittleBigPlanet Karting Game Jam Video + Pre-Order Goodness!

This summer from 25th to 29th June, seven of our LittleBigPlanet community supercreators joined the LittleBigPlanet Karting team at SCEA’s San Diego Studio for a Game Jam to help test drive Sackboy’s fastest and most competitive adventure yet.

During their stay, they Played a variety of the built-in tracks, Created using LBP Karting’s revolutionary 3D Create mode, and Shared their thoughts and opinions with all of us here at the studio, so that we could utilise their feedback to help shape LittleBigPlanet Karting into the best game possible.

On the last few days of the visit, we took the opportunity to document their experiences and get their take on LBP Karting as a whole, so that we could turn their impressions into a video and share it with our fans.

LittleBigPlanet Karting’s 7th November release date is coming up fast. Don’t forget you can pre-order the game now and receive a sacktastic pre-order bonus:

LittleBigPlanet Karting Keyword Mario Kart

Enuff.. Said..

Does anyone think they will eventually port LBP Karting to Vita? I think karting games would be perfect for it and with potential cross play and even cross buy opportunities I think it’s a shame it hasn’t already been announced! The ability to play a race in less than 10 minutes make it ideal for a portable and on the Vita screen it would look awesome!

I’m confused is the only thing the special edition has is a special case? Everything else you get the stuff you get from pre-ordering?

Cool , I might check out that special edition. Do we have any info on pre-order bonuses for the digital version of LBP Vita?

why no love for vita I see this As the perfect vita cross buy/play could also add online which was missing from modnation road trip( if included this would made the game sell more) and I think you would have a bigger hit on your hands

I want to be excited for this but the Beta put me off, Dark Souls in NG+ mode is a walk in the park compared to just placing a single block in LBPK, it was frustrating, shame, considering how easy it was to create anything in Modnation.

1# Yeah because their should only exist on SINGLE cart game. Every genre should have only 1 game so everyone gets happy…

I wish sackboy could leave his cart. The Beta I played he was wheelbound all the time (even in the pod). Only when you use the controller in the pod he magicaly is out there and when you create.
This is limiting the gameplay creating enourmesly.

Awesome , really looking forward to this game. time to shop around for the pre-order bonus.

@ CoolRichy008UK LBP was a platformer but the tools could make it into so much more, haven’t you played the user created content?

Is the Game Maker Pack only offered to EU?
