VidZone update: We have the Alicia Keys to a brand new zone

Brand new month! Brand new blog! Brand new Zone!

We here at VidZone Towers have often felt that there is a need for a place that only the very best, the most prolific, the greatest of all time, the top 0.0000000001% of artists to hang out, away from the crowd without the embarrassment of having to see all these “up and coming” artists rise and fall into obscurity.

So, with this in mind, we have created the prestigious VidZone Hall Of Fame, a brand new Zone that is dedicated to those very artists, an exclusive club that although does not look down on any band or artist, will only induct the greats into its fold. Feel free to explore and comment on who you think is missing!

ALSO! If you missed it in last week’s blog, be sure to enter our Fatboy Slim Beach Bootique 5 Competition on Facebook! Just head to our page and click on the Competitions tab now!

Other than that, we haven’t got all that much more for you. Jokes! We have so much stuff you have may have to call a doctor! Over to Candice for the details!

Glad to see more Eminem videos added :)

Madonna now please?? Hopefully you resolve some of the issues & upload some soon.

Is Miguel – Adorn coming to VidZone soon Ben?

Hi Sully

It seems we have license for this video in every country other than the UK it seems. Annoying I know, we are chasing the label to see if we will get an update any time soon. fingers crossed!

How about some Gangnam Style?

Yay, more of the same… soulless pap.

Hi Taurus82

I’m sorry that what we are featuring in the blog isn’t to your liking, it is a little “Pop-centric” this week we do admit.

I am 100% sure that you will find something you like that has been uploaded recently. That’s why we introduced Zones, so you can quickly navigate to the type of music you like. We may not have every music video in the world but we do have a lot of updates every week for all music genres (If their is music videos that is :)) We would never discriminate against any music style.

“We would never discriminate against any music style.”

No, you just discriminate against players who don’t like musicgames by forcing it down their throats. How would you like it if I ‘updated’ your computer with a big ‘ol logo of my website in your startup list? You know, in the operatingsystem you payed for? I half expect that any morning now, I’m going to look out my window and see someone of SCEE leaving graffiti all over our lawn.

Why does the ‘latest additions’ list always end with a hundred or more Bill and Gloria Gaither songs? Surely these are no longer new.

Also bring back ToeJam – BPA

I went on there last night and my ps3 froze. I had to had reset it.
I started it up again, my playlist was no where to be found (haven’t been to Vidzone for a while).
But I still loved Alt-J’s Tesselate!

Just one question, why is the Tesselate video cut?

Hi OttoT

What do you mean by cut? we just took a look and it seems to be ok. Do you mean it cuts off at the end or that some content is cut from the video? We will investigate further, you can email your reply to if you would prefer

@Thalia_01; Um… just to keep you informed, VidZone isn’t a music game… It seems to assume you’re confusing this with Singstar. They aren’t related at all.

@hjm50; I think that was uploaded a few weeks ago. I may be wrong but I could swear it was announced on the blog back then. Best to just load up VidZone and search.

@taurus82; I’m no pop fan but I find plenty good stuff. If you want blues, try The Moody Blues, they’re there. If you want metal, Five Finger Death Punch. Classic rock, Journey. I’ve started using the related videos function, it’s rather good.

Meant to say ‘it seems safe to assume’ in the above post.

Mail is send Ben.
