Now that you’ve got to grips with t@gging, we thought it was time to give you some tips on how to get ahead of your rivals!

In order to get to the top of the leaderboard you’ll need all the help you can get! Start by checking out your local rivals on the leader board and then use the map to claim their t@g zones!

As you move up the levels you will unlock more save slots for your t@gs! This means you will have more t@gs in your profile for other t@ggers to check out and rate.

Need some more points? Have a look at the stickers section and complete some challenges! Remember, other t@ggers can see which stickers you have, so in order to be the best you’ll need to get them all!

When it comes to earning points, It’s not always about how may t@gs you place. You’ll get 25 points for every five star rating your t@g receives, so it’s worth putting in the extra time to make sure your t@g is looking awesome!

You should make a trophies for this game 🙂

I bet all thirty people in Europe with a 3G Vita are having a blast with this :p

I love my wifi only Vita, but I never did, and still don’t, see any point in buying a 3G Vita. I can always create a mobile wifi hotspot with my phone, if I desperately need to get my Vita online while on the move (hasn’t happened yet).

With that said, this app looks pretty cool and I like the idea. But it requires a rather large user base to be really fun, as far as I can see.

3G in Vita is fairly pointless apart from one thing: GPS functionality.

So location-based features may appear in some games, but also there’s a chance that at some point a decent version of Google Maps might appear. At the moment the maps app is fairly useless as it doesn’t seem to have a very good “directions” option that updates as you go, but there’s potential there… however knowing Sony, “potential” is as far as they get, with “broken promises” a far easier box to tick.

Also Vodafone have turned out to be a pretty poor partner for 3G; incredible difficulty topping up and some bad experiences with their helpdesk and a very rude woman who didn’t know what a Vita was who cut me off abruptly, telling me my sim was invalid; the next guy was much better, mind.

As for t@g, I quite like it apart from the lack of characters per tag. I can’t do anything with any meaning or value with a mere 5 characters. 7 would have been far, far more useful to me and 6 would be an improvement, but 5 is far too few. As it is, I have stopped using it I’m afraid…

Tried it, deleted it.

I thought the program would allow for more freedom, say more alike to black ops 2 emblem system but even better then that – more objects/options and even a free paint mode. Or should I say, the program be more like real tagging (freedom).

But nope, the program is very limited and your not doing anything super creative, just words with lame options to change the look. In like Bumblebee said 5 characters is way to limiting… It should be as much as you can fit.

Tried it twice. Once at home, then I realised I’d tagged my house for all and sundry to see. Soon got rid of that ‘TAG’

Next was out and about. Really slow, got bored waiting and quit application.

Won’t be trying a third time.

Hi Guys, D-Met here!

We would have loved to offer a ‘free draw’ option, but if you use your imagination and think about people might draw you will see the problems we might have run into!

We are looking at increasing the number of characters, and there is more stuff to download to make your t@gs unique on the way.

@cowbanana – I can’t comment on how many users we have exactly… but it’s a lot more than 30!! And there are players all over the world!

We love to hear your thoughts and feedback so feel free to get in touch, you can get me on twitter @D8NMT or follow us @tag_app.

How do I delete a tag from a zone when the tag no longer exists in your list?
I placed a tag, then created a new one and chose to overwrite the tag I had placed. I checked the zone I was in and the old tag was still visible but no longer in my inventory.
Deleting the new tag didn’t work either.

I even tried making a new tag then overtagging the old one, then deleting the tag. All this did was show the new tag in the zone and once it was deleted, the old tag was restored.

If the t@g isn’t in your saved tags list then you won’t be able to delete it from the zone. You can overtag it, but not delete i’m afraid.

If you create a new tag and overtag it, but then delete the new one, then the old tag will show as that’s ‘underneath it’ if that makes sense.

We will add this to the list of things to look at in the next release!

Thanks for letting us know!

I am going TAG hunting lol, not many around but I like the idea.
