Ye, headwrecker that one, as for reasons unknown you can’t de-activate your video account from the SEN account page, like you can for your games one, once every six months, (if needed), only option you have is phone customer-services, isn’t That expensive but still a hassle.. had to do myself last year.. Also, i suppose if your present console isn’t registered for video, with That psn-id, you could try making another account/id and activating video from that, though unsure if that’ll either work or not break t+c’s..

IF anyone from video-store actually reads these posts ?, then i have to say am Not impressed with service. i got a syncing error other day, my only resolution was to delete my (main) user then make and sign back in on new one, eventually i got my games/dlc reactivated, But i had just redeemed a code for Amazing Spiderman, (came c/o new console), when i attempted to play that i got the (normal) message, ‘this item can be used if you renew licence in ps-store’, so i clicked visit store But it just gives me option to buy it, also why isn’t it in my downloaded list, code said i own it, Do i ?, or will Having to phone and report this to cc tell me it’s different story for promo codes ?.. in transaction history it says purchased on 27th, ref no and promo-code number.. but as i mentioned it is Not in my downloaded list on 27th, wouldn’t be That bothered but it was a 6.1GB download.. (crazy), and i told the kids it was there so there probably going to want to see it eventually. Any advice ?.. Is it even worth my time trying to explain above to cc, ie will they know why i had to delete my main/registered user.
