Behind the scenes of Beyond: Two Souls

Today we can unveil the first of our four part Making Of… series for upcoming PS3 title Beyond: Two Souls.

Hear from writer/director David Cage and the team at Quantic Dream, as well as lead actors Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe, about how the project came about and what it was like to be involved.

We’ll have the second part of the series next week that’ll allow you an insight into what to expect when playing the game. Only a few months to go now – October can’t come soon enough!

Another Ellen Page game, yay! :D

Mardolina: Další? Last of US nebyla Ellen…už se probuďte jelimani, někde někdo něco napíše a hned se toho každej hnup chyti…

To hilts663: ironická poznámka ;)

I’ll consider this game when you get rid of that talentless second rate actor Ellen page.

I’ve enjoyed the previous Quantic Dream “games”, so I’m going to get this as well. I like almost all types of games and these interactive movies are quite nice if you take them for what they are. Heavy Rain was a really interesting experience. A big improvement over Indigo Prophecy, imo. If Beyond takes the formula further in the right direction I can see myself enjoying it very much.

Could Quantic Dream / Sony check & confirm which subtitle languages are available in both EU and UK editions? Are they exactly the same?

Ross Alexander 19 July, 2013 @ 10:44

UK version is English only.

And there are different Euro versions depending on the country, but the game will be subtitled for all Scandinavian languages, as well as lots of others.

This game is looking really great with emotional story telling experience and I’m really looking forward to play this game. I’m really Happy that Sony is trying to provide different experiences with the Games and I wish you all the best so I’m gonna support as long as you innovate the games with different experiences which we can feel instead of just having fun.

In the same article on the US they show the final box art of the special edition (looks awesome) and say they already showed it on the EU site but I can’t find it. Please show the final box art (front, back and inside).
I hope the exclusive making off in the special edition has more substance than this fluffy video.

When is Two Souls coming out?

Ross Alexander 19 July, 2013 @ 10:45

9th October.

The female character here in Two Souls kinda looks like Ellie from The Last of Us.

@grandcanary – 11th October.

@QUIKBONZ23 – lolz

I’ll wait till I get the platinum before I watch these. :-P
Hope it’s not the same or a cut version of the making of that comes with the special edition. Wasn’t too pleased to hear content was cut from the standard for the SE, but just pre-ordered the SE for £32 so happy days. :-D
