I read that you guys are announcing IGC’s games next week but I hope it’s before day 22, when the January sales end. I want to buy Ni No Kuni but I’m waiting to see if it will come up in the IGC =/

POLAND! POLAND! POLAND! POLAND! Please allow us to use Vidzone too!

Hi @gnysek @Podyman @TeddyBearTwinkle

Thank you for your comments and query in regards to getting VidZone to Poland. We do really appreciate your enthusiam! The truth is that unfortunately there are no concrete plans but as soon as there is any info, we will let everyone know.

TeddyBearTwinkle 16 January, 2014 @ 16:28

gnysek INT GONNA HAPPEN & as for every1 else who int in the EU or USA u wont be never getting content the eu & usa gets so STOP ASKING it never gonna happen

I’m amazed. Somebody from Vidzone had time to write something to EU PS blog. I thought they are all fully occupied with bringing Vidzone to more countries.

Ok, we know that it will never happen. So why doesn’t somebody from Vidzone officially admit it! It’s not only about Vidzone, it’s the same as every service available in some privideged countries like UK but not in mine (ie. PS Mobile and others). Why they’re afraid to tell the truth?

Actually Czech Republic and Poland are in EU. And EU gives me rights to use services that are available in other EU countries without any discrimination. Now i’m sure Sony’s lawyers found some holes in the system to omit that hence the lack of certain services in mid-europe. That being said who cares about watching music videos on a console? Don’t you have youtube for that?

I understand, but i’d like to know what’s behind this – money, twisted european copyright laws, SCEE or little bit of everything? Something we can help to change?

And if i can clarify this “enthusiasm” you mentioned. Sorry, but from our point of view it’s more likely “frustration”.

Hi @Podyman

Apologies that this is a frustrating situation but unfortunately we have no further info to give you at this time in regards to bringing VidZone to Poland or other EU territories.

All we can do is pass on useful comments and questions like your own and come back to users as soon as there is a definitive answer.

Thank you for being patient in the mean time and please do keep commenting/discussing as this all helps in getting a proper file of feedback to pass on!

Good stuff! But please update Videzone to support 1080p videos! Should really not be an problem with the power of the PS4.

Anyone else getting a crashing problem on PS4 for VidZone?
Usually occurs after i play somewhere in between 20-50 songs.

VidZone crashes, tells me their has been a problem and the only way to get back in is to delete VidZone and redownload, is this a known issue?

Surely it can’t be just me as it has occurred a number of times now.

Candice Haridimou 20 January, 2014 @ 11:44

Hi @bitbydeath

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues using VidZone on the PS4.

Please can you email with the same information including the error code you receive if possible and we will look into the problem.

Also, yes you can make music video requests by emailing them to!

Also do you guys take song requests?
Would be great if their was an official way to request more like on the App.

Anyways would be great to see some more Blink-182 songs.

Yeah great. How about bringing all of your services to Greece and other countries too? Apple has been doing it for years and Sony can’t, there is no excuse.

We close the comments for posts after 30 days.
