Hello PlayStation fans, it’s Mauro from MixedBag again. It took some more time than we anticipated but finally we can announce the release date of Futuridium EP Deluxe for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, and it’s just around the corner.
We really wanted to give you some blue cube-blasting freshness this summer, with an initial planned July release date, but we needed some extra time to fully polish the game and add all the stuff we wanted to deliver the final Futuridium experience. So months passed but now… how about next week? Sounds good? I hope so, because Futuridium EP Deluxe is going to blast its way onto PlayStation Store on 1st October, with a release price of €9.99 and a 20% launch discount for PlayStation Plus members, which brings the price down to €7.99.
The game is Cross Buy, so pay once and get your Futuridium fix at home on PlayStation 4 and on the go on PlayStation Vita, with shared leaderboards so you can always compete for the highest score possible. We’re also proud to announce that Futuridium EP Deluxe is fully compatible with PlayStation TV, and will be available at launch on the new baby PlayStation console.
The all new Futuridium for PlayStation offers a brand new, huge campaign featuring 50 levels, five bosses, crazy bonus levels, new gameplay mechanics, very well hidden super secret stuff and a slew of unlockable extra modes. And while the continue unlock system helps you to gradually reach the end of the game, good luck to get all the 150 medals, all the Trophies, and to compete for the top of the leaderboards: yes, it’s crazy difficult.
But that’s enough boring text already, here’s the shining new launch trailer!
If you happen to be at EGX in London this week, drop by the PlayStation booth to say hi: we’ll have the final version of Futuridium EP Deluxe on PlayStation 4 for you to try out and we’ll be very happy to have a chat!
See you next week with a final update on the game at launch and, as usual, follow @MixedBagGames on Twitter to get all the news about our games. And, for any questions, I’m lurking in the comment section down there.
