1. Fallout 4 announcement stops the internet dead in its tracks

The keenly-anticipated unveiling of the next entry in Bethesda‘s consistently brilliant action RPG series dominated the airwaves this week, whetting the appetites of gamers across the globe. Look out for more news at Bethesda’s E3 show on 14th June.

2. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is coming to PS4

With Uncharted 4 still a few months away, what better way to pass the time than by revisiting Nathan Drake’s PS3 adventures, remastered to stunning effect for PS4? The collection is coming your way on 7th October.

3. Bloodborne goes on sale for one weekend only

Not picked up FromSoftware‘s infectiously vicious PS4 exclusive yet? Now’s the time to take the jump – it’s discounted this weekend on PlayStation Store.

4. Bizarre toast sim I Am Bread is PS4-bound

From the same strange minds that dreamt up Surgeon Simulator, this forthcoming PS4 console-exclusive casts you as a plucky slice of white bread, hell-bent on meeting its destiny: to become toast. Very weird, and very wonderful.

5. June’s PS Plus games go live

If you haven’t done so already, head on over to PlayStation Store to pick up a fresh batch of new games to enjoy, including Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Skulls of the Shogun and the delightfully barmy Super Exploding Zoo.

6. Planetside 2 gets a release date

The massive PS4 online shooter is heading your way on 23rd June, promising hundreds of hours of sticky free-to-play FPS action.

7. Enormous free trails launched for Metro Redux

Publisher Deep Silver made an interesting move this week, offering up around a third of the two Metro games – Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light – as free trials, harking back to the shareware model of the early ’90s. Do pick them up – both are well worth your time.

8. Out-there puzzle adventure GNOG announced for PS4

If you like your video games kooky and colourful add this one to your wishlist. Backed by Sony Pub Fund and the Double Fine Presents label, GNOG is shaping up as one of 2016’s oddball treasures.

9. Cult favourite Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls is coming to PS Vita

NIS‘s much loved interactive adventure series returns this September, with another warped tale of robotic bears, Truth Bullets and dance parties.

10. Guilty Gear Xrd ~Sign~ lands on PlayStation Store

Arc System Works lauded beat ’em up finally made it to Europe this week, boasting series-best mechanics and loaded character roster to master.
