While Star Wars Battlefront and Need For Speed also debut

Do people really pay the digital prices on this stuff?

More money than sense

Well you know the old saying, In for a penny in for a ….£75 ($15)

What’s wrong with paying €70 for games you can get for €50 or €60 on Steam or buy steam keys for €25 – €30? Do you not enjoy supporting the developers for giving you games that are only *slightly* broken at launch with as much money as possible?

Yep, I’m impatient and lazy and it costs about the same from GAME anyway.
Plus my PS4 likes to spit discs out randomly so getting them digitally bypasses that bug.

Who knew your poor PAL PS2 ports would actually sell. Just leaving this here:

Ps2 backwards compatibility really should work with old discs. as a long time playstation faithful, I’m not impressed

Guess people still bought the Bloodborne DLC even with the stealth increase and no apology. Guess it is OK to treat customers this way as clearly they don’t care.

Still not buying it until apology is given or it is back to original price or below.

I’d love to see the figures for the PS1 classics. Like how many people bought the Styrofoam Trilogy last month?

“Call of duty…one(sic) the day”….Playstation make a mistake? Thats unpossible.

I’ve been stalling on Fallout 4 to keep it for more boring times. Battlefront was probably the biggest disappointment of the year for me. Admittedly, I haven’t given it a lot of attention yet but my first impression was that it felt way too basic, with a disappointing number of maps and weapons,.. especially if you’re used to Battlefield. Hopefully I’ll still get into it later, as it was one of the last few games that was supposed to add some meaning to my mandatory online/PLUS sub. I’ll probably get Black ops 3 on sale sometime so as to be able to criticise it with atleast having given it a try :p

EA admitted that Battlefront wasn’t very engaging and lacks depth. Funny, EA never says that before releasing a game or when their game is still in development and they could actually do something about it.

We live in a world where Call of Duty outsells Fallout 4. Think about that.

I don’t usually respond to idiots but I’d like to make myself clear. FPS games have a bigger market share than open world RPGs. Simple as that. But since you assumed I was suggesting CoD was a better game, I’m going to assume that you’re an idiot. Fair, right?

A £55 game that can be brought for atleast £15 less at retail (since launch) is number 1 on the PS4 chart?
And a 3 year old game that barely runs at 15fps made it to number 1 on the vita chart?

Anyone buying CoD at those prices is crazy.

There was a sale for AC on the vita though, so it was dirt cheap.
