Nice additions but until Gran Turismo with parts upgrades comes along again, be that this game or a new one, this game is dead to me.

Great, this game is getting better and better.

Are there new trophies for the game since the GT League was added?

Awesome new. Will be on this again later.

Amazing the support GT-Sport is getting. It’s increasing the value of the game.

Would love some extra VR content.

Not a fan of the new track on first play. Hopefully it will grow on me. I’d rather have Spa, Silverstone and Laguna Seca than a fictional circuit any day. Fingers crossed they will feature in future updates.

The tracks that used to be a constant in the previous titles are missing, such as

Fuji, Motegi and Laguna Seca. Are they unwilling to re-license them?

Not buying it until I can play the entire game in VR.

What you’re doing with it is false advertising.

It’s good to see the GT league is being updated with new events but you’ve gone wrong with the Stars & Stripes, you can’t win this event with the muscle cars from the 70’s – just drive around at the back.

If your adding new cars, can the new events be suitable for some/most of them (F1500 is obvious answer), it be great if we had an event for the 70’s muscle car’s (not the Cobra too powerful), also can you bring back the option for the single races to be a race series.

YES! Finally a regular R8!

Did they fix the pedals? I don’t want to drive with TC and ABS, but last time I checked (end of jan), it handled like no other games (GT6 included). This is unacceptable from a game intended for eSports, not to mention that no real-world racer has actually tested the game with a wheel (or at least have a say in the development).

I found it unplayable with a g29.

Still not the slightest change to the abysmal PSVR support. Is it so hard to drop the stupid single opponent and make a time trial mode?

Welp, The R8 is what I really wanted and the only car I felt was really missing from this game (I’m not a car enthusiast :p).

Now I really hope you guys fix or improve your servers. 99 times out of 100 (no exaggerate) there is lag (ranging from minor to major) influencing the brilliant controls in terms of accelerating, braking, cornerning, grip, etc. And I only play Arcade for fun, grind and the feel of the cars, I can’t even imagine how anyone is willing to play competitively with the consistent lag in some way or the other. Couldn’t you have atleast made Arcade offline? :( Please don’t do the always-online thing for the next GT, because even the brilliant controls won’t win me over anymore then…

Hello, I just ask where I can buy a formula car F1500T-A. Or is it a gift? It`s GT Sport.

You can buy it. Brand Central – Asia Pacific – Gran Turismo – 1,000,000 creds.

Too bad PD´s simply recycling old content apart for some two or three novelties.

I’ve lost the majority of my cars in the game, I have no clue what has happened. I still have all my progress saved but I’ve lost most of my cars. I think that the cars left are the ones that I earned through playing the beta and one that I earned today before I realised that many were missing. I need some help with this otherwise I don’t think I’ll be playing again

Liking the update so far. For the next update im hoping to see one of the f1 cars from GT3 or the formula Gran Turismo, and maybe grand valley or deep forest And i also hope that in the next update to see some improvements with the frame rate, i mean the overall frame rate is good but on a track like Nurburgring in fine weather conditions with grid starts while driving in cockpit view in costum races, it is sadly far under 60 FPS and makes me feel like im playing GT6 again.

hey guys, how do I get a F1500 open wheeler? The stupid game has given four identical Ferrari’s, 4 identical Ford Focus’sss and about 4 identical mustangs but it aint given me any F1500 open Wheeler’s yet. Cant seem to buy em either.

This game is trying everything possible to cheeze me off. Like when I got all gold & it gave me silver rewards & it won’t stop giving me the same three brand cars as prizes

You can buy the F1500 in brand central, under Asia-pacific section at the Gran Turismo brand. It costs 1 million i think.

Nice update. But we need in-race gamesave! PLEASE!

None of this means much to me (and a great many others, based upon my reading), given that online multiplayer STILL has a massive problem, which has been reported in the media but STILL hasn’t been solved and STILL renders the game worthless.

The GT Sport multiplayer online penalty “system” (so called) is an UNFAIR SHAMBLES. One huge problem, amongst others, is the complete absence of protection from “rammers”. Rammers deliberately come at you directly from behind at far too high a speed and deliberately crash into the back of you, thereby achieve two things: (1) – They instantly accelerate you, which fires you off the track, thereby gaining your position and (2) – the impact slows them down, giving them a good chance of staying on the track, especially since they can choose the impact point and direction. The victim isn’t given their place back or returned to the race as if there’d been no impact and, unbelievably, THE VICTIM RECEIVES PENALTY POINTS.

It’s very sad. This was once a great, if not the greatest driving game. Now it’s all about anime liverie generators and photo studio features instead of trying to be a driving simulation.

Continued from original post:

The rammer also receives penalty points, but that’s not much of a consolation to the victim and is a very rewarding trade-off for the rammer. The rammer should be the only player to receive MASSIVE penalty points and they should be put back to at least where they were before the impact they caused and be required to deal with the excess speed they had without the braking effect of ramming other cars.

Shiny new cars and tracks pale into insignificance in comparison. Or, at least, they should do, if anyone at Polyphony/Sony is the slightest bit interested in implementing far more worthwhile and obviously needed improvements, such as FAIR COMPETITION.
