5 big new PlayStation Store releases you need to check out this week

This week, PlayStation Store welcomes the long-awaited RPG sequel, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. Level 5’s new adventure features an all-new cast but the same gorgeous visuals that made fans love the original. Explore a vibrant new world filled with magic and intriguing characters.

On PlayStation VR, Ark Park sets you loose in an incredible dinosaur theme park where you can get up close and personal with all manner of prehistoric animals. Ever wanted to ride a dinosaur in VR? This is your chance!

Read on for some of the highlights from this week’s release slate:

1. Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom

The latest entry in the Ni No Kuni series follows the story of Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum as the young king reclaims his country after an attempted coup. With its gorgeous animation and massive world, Revenant Kingdom is a coming of age story with a regal twist.

2. Ark Park

Get into Ark’s ultra-immersive dinosaur theme park on PlayStation VR. Explore a world where living breathing dinosaurs are roaming the earth and you get to capture, ride, and breed more than 100 unique species of dinosaurs. Live an epic multiplayer adventure where you – and your friends – get to create your own story.

3. A Way Out

From the creators of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons comes A Way Out, a co-op adventure unlike anything you’ve played before. Help Vincent and Leo escape from prison together and figure out their lives in this action-packed experience exclusively designed for co-op.

  • Why you should play it: On the couch or online, pick a friend you can trust and dive into A Way Out’s intense and emotional adventure.
  • Available: 23rd March

4. Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered

Step into the shoes of Shay Patrick Cormac, a young member of the Assassin Brotherhood who has turned against those he once called brothers and become the most feared assassin hunter in history. Follow your own creed on an incredible journey through 18th-century North America, from New York City to the wild river valley — and help Shay bring down the Assassins for good.

  • Why you should play it: Discover the darkest chapter of the Brotherhood, now remastered with improved environment rendering, upscaled shadow resolution, denser crowds, and in 4K on PlayStation 4 Pro.
  • Available: 20th March

5. MLB The Show 18

Home runs, epic plays and legendary players await you in MLB The Show 18. Pick your favourite superstars from the roster and crush homers with your friends in Retro Mode games, or play through an immersive RPG campaign with Road To The Show, where every decision on and off the field will help build your legacy.
