I was only just wondering what the best-selling games on PlayStation Store in September were.

Phew, thanks Sony.

Wait, FIFA 19 outsold Spider-Man in three days?

Not really surprising to be honest. With football being massive and FIFA being the go to football game every year.

Not surprising but depressing.

if i wanna kick a ball i’ll go kick an actual ball with actual peoples. If i wanna swing around the buildings of new york, I’mma do that safely on my playstation and not risk death and such.

People just don’t realise how huge this game is in Europe, probably the biggest every year. However I am so surprised how Shadow of TR barely came on 5th place, sorry for the franchise.

Genuinely think everyone is starting to see it as another of those ‘gone a bit stale’ franchises. It’s more of the same, isn’t it.

You could make the same argument for Uncharted, but those games have the characters. The entire cast was memorable. Who really loves Lara Croft as a character? I think she’s a bit dated and the games just totally fail to excite me.

Yeah I love Uncharted but could never get into Tomb Raider, even the new ones mostly cos I just don’t find the TR characters at all appealing and Lara herself doesn’t do much to endear herself to a lot of players before the game’s developers start putting her through hell. I haven’t played this new one but tried the previous ones and often felt why the heck should I care about what happens to her? Happily replayed the various Uncharted games on my PS3/PS4/Vita multiple times.

Same here. I even loved Lost Legacy. Genuinely thought that may even have the tightest, best gameplay of the series. I just hope they do more shorter, cheaper episodic almost installments.

Very much enjoyed Spider-Man and platinummed it and looking forward to the DLC (i got the digital deluxe so it’s already paid for :P )

I recently bought Spider-Man on disk, but I’m having difficulties installing it, gets so far then an error occurs, has anyone else had this trouble?

Dirty disc? I’d take it back.

Yay Dragon Quest got in the top 15. My bias would put it at number 1 but I am glad to see it get mentioned. I am pretty sure neither Builders or both Heroes games never made it.

It’s a bit urgh that a 100 hour+ complete game with no microtransactions or season passes comes 14th..

After a pile of microtransaction infested sports titles, samey war sequels, 10 hour “big” games and the usual reentries.

There are so many casuals that blindly buy fifa every year not thinking about how close it is to the last game they bought.

Spider-man is a bigger game but we Eu ps users need to start supporting games like spider-man or else youll probably only see sport games and fornite clones in the future.

I probably wont buy spider man. Not because I dislike that type of game, but because I really can’t stand spider man.

He’s just way too annoying.

It’s a bit depressing seeing both Fifa 18 and 19 on that list…

I know FIFA is a big franchise, but in all reality if it was most other genres it wouldn’t have lasted this long. Considering the few changes that happens from year to year. It should be an upgrade deal instead of full price each year. Oh well it just means EA is doing a good job getting people to buy their games.
