Goes to buy Shadow Warrior… not in NZ store :(

Goes to check out Games under €5… Sees Agents of Mayhem listed for $35 (NZD). Double-scans, sees all games on that specials page at their regular price.

WTAF? Goes to drink beer instead :)

Whoa! EA sale, finally.

I was laughing so much on this. ??

Usual EA drivel. Will look at the £15 or € sale stuff in more depth when I get home. Hopefully there’s stuff for vita

Carnivius_Prime 06 March, 2019 @ 10:54

There’s a few of my wishlisted indie stuff in the sale. But I’m all out of spare cash this week so gonna have to wait to somewhere near the end of the sale. :P

I made an exception and picked up EA game – Titanfall 2 for 5 quids. Respawn is the last capable studio in their hands and all I heard about T2 was praise for SP and criticism of how EA murdered the game on release. If there’s EA game that’s worth a shot it’s probably this and Apex.

blacksheepwall_ 06 March, 2019 @ 12:32

I got it last sale. Best fiver I’ve ever spent.

Still not tried the sp but the mp is amazing and I usually don’t play online.

Add Horizon Zero Dawn and Detroit: Become Human to that list and you have yourself a sale!

EA trying to claw back some money given that Anthem…………plop!

Almost everything on EA sale is DLC

Which games do you miss?

Perhaps Maaden_Swe will add the games you miss?.

yeah wtf is EA even these days? that sale looks like some fictional forex marketplace. EA might really need the extra cash though. now that people are reporting Anthem is bricking their systems, I see a class action lawsuit incoming. That stock’s gonna keep on droppin and heads gonna roll

MiseryPrincess 09 March, 2019 @ 22:41

Even if there was a class action lawsuit (which is kind of unlikely for a few reasons) it would probably be Sony/Microsoft instead of EA paying for it, as the game would have had to pass certification.

Fluffie_Bunny 06 March, 2019 @ 17:37

I was hoping Rainbow Skies was back in the sale, missed it over Xmas / New Year

I’ve already made a saving on EA games this gen by not buying one lol. I was easily and laughably boycotting EA way before it was cool to.

Its not cool to boycott ea, why would it be? Alot of idiots in every company around the world. Would never let that stop me from playing a fun game. I have had lots of fun with Apex, Titanfall 2, Unravel and Battlefield V the last months.

Please explain your second sentence.

Carnivius_Prime 07 March, 2019 @ 12:28

I don’t boycott EA as such, they just don’t really have much that interests me.

Will the ArcSystemWorks games (BBTAG and UNIST) go sale in EU region as well, like has been announced for Japan on their website from March 14th, in celebration of Evo2019…? Any information would be appreciated… Thanks!
