Spotify on PlayStation Music launches in new countries today

Including India, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, more

Hi everyone! We are pleased to announce that Spotify on PlayStation Music is rolling out to more regions today, giving you a great way to listen to your favorite tracks while playing your favorite games.

Starting today, Spotify on PlayStation Music will launch in Colombia, Argentina, India, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Lebanon.

With more than 50 million songs and 3 billion playlists, there are plenty of music choices for gamers to listen to while playing. You can access Spotify’s free service on PlayStation Music through your PS4 and PS3 system.

Any user who hasn’t previously subscribed to Spotify Premium’s monthly subscription service is eligible to sign up for a free* one month trial, which gives you access to ad-free high quality audio and more perks from Spotify. If you are an existing Spotify user, you can also link your Spotify account to PS Music compatible devices.

To make controlling your music even easier, PS4 and PS3 users will be able to take advantage of the Spotify Connect feature on the official Spotify app for Android/iOS. You can select a playlist, skip songs, adjust the volume, and more. PS4 owners can also let friends and family know what tracks they’re listening to using PS4’s share button feature.

We can’t wait for Spotify on PS Music to roll out in your region so you can take your games to the next level. For more information, please visit the PlayStation Music hub.

* Spotify Premium is an ongoing subscription with a recurring subscription fee which is deducted from the user’s wallet (at the then current PS Store price). At the end of your trial, your subscription will continue and you will be billed for your next month’s access (at the then current price) unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial. Full terms apply: PSN Terms of Service at PlayStation.com/PSNTerms. PlayStation™Network (PSN), PS Store and PS Plus subject to terms of use and country and language restrictions. Approved payment method details required.
