Did they fix the junction system in the FFVIII remake?

1.1

Of course not!

It’s just a port with the exact same “extras” the similar FF VII port got (so an option for infinite health/no encounters/faster speed) and a few graphics changes on a few main characters.

The battle system is still there in it’s identical as the original and rather questionable form.

There was/is nothing wrong with the original junctioning system.

1.3

Yes there’s nothing wrong with a system where you’re punished into grinding spells for stats, while afterwards punished if you feel like actually using them…

Just like there’s nothing wrong with the leveling system, as monsters should also get stronger at the same time to entirely negate the point of leveling…

I never even heard of Water Ski. I thought I knew all of the arcade games that Arcade Archives do but that’s a new one to me.

Anyways nothing this week but I’ve been really getting into Chasm since buying it in a sale a lil while ago. Lovely pixel art and good metroidy castlevaniay gameplay. (No i ain’t calling it that other combined word). :D

River City Girls looks quite awesome, great pixel art. It gives me a great Scott Pilgrim vibe.

oh i didn’t see that there. strange. yeah i’ll prob get that. I wasn’t a big fan of scott pilgrim though but i likes me some pixelly punching.

Ff8 remastered for me counting down hours know

I’m with ya mate the countdown screens been on my tv half the day 😂😂😂

Wait, I cant find anything wrong with the list, and you posted it on the correct day…. Something feels weird

4.1

The list is still missing DLC entirely.

Though in this case it includes Iceborne so I guess they’re slightly more complete than usual..

4.2

I think the DLC part of the Update is lost for ever…

Still no Battle Princess Madelyn news…love to know what “working to resolve the ps4 EU/AU release”,is entailing as they’re seemingly gearing up for a limited physical (US) release run,& yet still the devs won’t comment (nor Sony EU twitter),what’s happening with the EU release!! No posts about the Vita version for that matter either!

As for Vambrace: Cold Soul, aussies left in the dark as to why it hasn’t appeared as its devs seem to ghost any questions on it either…yet both BPM and Vambrace available on the local XB aussie store…not a great advertisement “for the players” SIEE,get this sorted out please! Never happens anymore, but social team, how about actually,be sociable & answer customer questions!!

8.5 months after its release worldwide on other platforms & US/Asian PSN,still no Battle Princess Madelyn on the EU/AU psn! Devs seem to under NDA restrictions other than they’re working to resolve its release whilst the EU social team wants to pretend it doesn’t exist! Or answer why Vambrace Cold Soul an M rated game is available on rival platforms but not to aussie psn users?

@TechaNinja & @Critter2003 Finally had a response from the dev of Vambrace:Cold Soul on twitter. Although contrary to the devs hope it may already be fixed, they said Vambrace should be available “soon” otherwise, just depends on how long it takes (presumably Sony’s) backend to sort things out!

Wish I could say the same for an EU/AU Battle Princess Madelyn!

Gee i am jumping for Joy this Week Vs Graduis finally made it WOW WATER SKI & Vigilante Cool but seeing will be believing Again we will find out Friday still hoping that Time Pilot will just jump out of nowhere

MADONNA HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED KICK EVERYONE IN THE FACE

I love these Arcade Archives games. I must have 40 across PS4 and Switch. I’ve had MAME for years on PC before anyone starts and I don’t care.

9.1

Not boasting to much i +99 including the Neo Geo series & a few unreleased arcade archives terra Force (Japan only) Raygar got a US release but failed to make it to Europe same with Bomb-jack & Solman,s Key One of my all time favorites Track & Field is o way hopeful in the next Couple of weeks Hamster hopeful are aiming to release a total 895 of them over all platforms over all three regions trouble PS4 EU Tends to get them last and does not always get them all

10

Hey Store team, unlike the deafening silence last week, can you please restore proper functionality to the “Last 7 days” and “Last 30 days” pages on the Playstation Store?

10.1

Yes, I use that alot and its been really weird lately

10.2

Yo, I wasn’t asking you to remove literally the ONLY place where we could find what’s actually NEW on the store… what the hell guys… I guess since you refuse to show people what’s new, we’ll also have to stop buying it. After all, we can’t properly find it.

11

According to this post Flatter Bomb should be out today and it is. It.

Agent A came out last week even thought it was not advertised.

Whatever happened to PS Plus subscriber discounts on pre-orders? I don’t expect them on every game but I don’t see them at all these days.

(Yes, I wanted it for FF VIII)

13

Didn’t Agent A release last week?..

Really hope Himno is priced at £0.00p the same as the Steam version.

Thankfully, (for my wallet), there are no games here that interest me. Although saying that, I have The Bard’s Tale IV physical release to look forward to on Friday! (I hope). Damn you Amazon. Just got message that physical copy delayed until October! So much for pre ordering. Grumble, grumble.

torchlicht pre order = a joke

mi pet + theme = downloaded + ready to use

the game = in mi libary but not option to download after pre download did not work also

when i try to download tru pc ore smartfone a get mesage = wil be downloaded after other downloads are downloaded

under theme = ready to play = lol

ff 8 remasterd = no probleme = same day

mh world iceborn = already instaled

a lot of peopel have isue whith pre orderd version

16.1

Yeah, perfect world is “working hard to solve the issue as soon as they can”. Alternatively you could contact sony, ask for a refund and buy torchlight II again. You will lose your pre-order bonus this way, but at least you can play.

@Barrow30 Forgot about this one,but yep looks like the closest we’ll get to a Scott Pilgrim on current gen! (Have the former under ps3/ps plus but won’t last forever). Hopefully make as nice filler ’til Streets of Rage 4 next year! I’d edit my original post but having come back from “The Fog” I’m afraid it’ll have red eyes & take my PC with it if I dare edit it now!!

The gameplay I’ve seen so far looked really good, so I’m really looking forward to this one and of course to the later arriving of Streets of Rage 4!

18

Cannot find Post War Dreams. Not sure it it has been delayed or it is an incorrect listing

19

Is the Spice and Wolf VR pricing incorrect? It appears to be £32.49 on EU PSN when on all other store fronts it’s £20 and on US PSN as well as other US store fronts it’s a uniform $25.

We close the comments for posts after 30 days.
