Watch the next State of Play live on Tuesday, 10th December at 2pm GMT/3pm CET

Fourth episode brings new announcements and updates

The year is almost over, but we’ve got one more State of Play to share with you! It airs Tuesday, 10th December at 2pm GMT / 3pm CET, and you can watch live on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook.

We’ve got around 20 minutes of new game reveals, release date announcements, new gameplay footage, PlayStation Worldwide Studios updates, and more.

And it probably bears repeating: Don’t expect any updates related to our next-gen plans in this episode.

You can watch live on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook, as usual. Can’t wait to see what you think!

See you Tuesday!

“Don’t expect any updates related to our next-gen plans in this episode.”

Fingers crossed for some new PSVR reveals.

I hope this time we will see Ghost of Tsushima.

I feel like i haven’t been turned down so quickly before in my life, it’s almost brutal

Any information regarding the PS5 will most likely get its own dedicated release event, same as the PS4 got, not a crummy slot in a 20 minute YouTube live stream.

Well ofc they wouldn’t spend just 2 minutes to show us the console, that would be dumb, but a small tease would be great, i.e. showing us the controller or just a new feature. Just like they did last time.

Now I am [DELETED]

Yes but what if we actually WANT details on next gen plans? And like ask real nice? We can do that, sometimes, probably.

Of course, the blog staff will get to you in a sec.

Can it have something about The Getaway which it celebrates its 17th Anniversary since its release on PS2 this Thursday? Oh god I’m having my fingers crossed, even though I know it will be forgotten…

“17th” is a bit of a random number. People like to keep things to 5s and 10s. But maybe.

2 years ago, on The Getaway’s 15th anniversary, in the year of 2017 when Sony still actually released PS2 HD games for PS4 with the Jak series, they didn’t even bother giving us the 2 Getaway games remastered. They aren’t going to do anything now then.

Here is the blog post and look at the amount of us asking for a remaster and asking why they bothered to “celebrate” the game WITHOUT doing anything https://blog.eu.playstation.com/2017/12/12/how-pioneering-open-world-blockbuster-the-getaway-squeezed-londons-criminal-underworld-onto-ps2/

re3 is a lock

I was about to click on the popcorn icon until I read “don’t expect any updates related to our next-gen plans in this episode”. It’s December, guys. The console is just 11 months away!

Maybe you can discuss treating plus members like garbage with the poor offering this month.

They probably know they treat Plus members like garbage, but they simply don’t care as we’re forced into it due to the online fees.

You know, the online fees that they in no way deserve as they don’t actually provide any online game servers.

They probably wont mention why Europeans are charged double the amount US customers are for games either.

They always say because of ‘VAT’ 😂

Titanfall 2 is fantastic. So many whine about the value of the game, why would anyone care about that. THE GAME IS GREAT, would you actually like a more expensive game that suck? People really are fascinating, born to whine.
