Are us Aussies going to get any notice of the prices for our store too? Surely this information is available to you guys. It’d be a huge help (and I’ve asked three times now! I’m parched!)

The update was a bit light on content this week – but the previous two/ three updates have been really strong.

Hoping for bomberman or battlefield next week though.

Following the last couple of awesome store updates, I felt sure SCEE had turned a corner in content supply. It seems they did, right into a dead end.

Major frustrated at the Fat Princess delay!

Good job i have an early screening of Transformers 2 to attend tonight! Take my mind off not playing this…. for now!

gutted that fat princess and bomberman are both not there.

Us Europeans are always left behind. It’s about time this got sorted out, or we should all go on strike lol

No Fat Princes… damn I was sitting next to my PS3 all day just to be kicked in the teeth with a few trailers.

Are we likely to get any of the Disgaea 3 DLC here in Europe? Would be day one purchase for me.

I don’t understand! I thought all UMDs were going to be available to download now and dual released with the UMD version. How come I can’t buy Rockband unplugged as a download when it’s out on UMD tomorrow? I don’t want to buy any more UMDs with the PSPGO on the horizon!!!!

@Bilbo_bobbins: you will have to wait for Fat Princess longer than expected as it won’t be released in June 2009 despite the fact Sony advertise ‘June 2009′ on their official we site:

No FF 7 in French, and no DLC for Rockband Unplugged…

I have just a PSP 1000 and no PS3, i will buy a PSP GO, but if the PSP store is like today, when the PSP GO come in store, that will be very bad for the PSP GO, we need a solid, and beautiful PSn for PSP for the PSP GO !

Pretty much a poor update, tbh guys I wouldnt have bothered putting an update up if thats all we was getting.

So, if you could tell me/us Mike, what happened to the release of the Ghostbusters demo “shortly after E3″? How come we have to wait until after the game is released for this?

Mike sorry to bother you again but are we likely to see future PSP games launch for the same price as say Resistance on the store? I only ask as the PSP GO! will only have the option to download and all the games so far are over priced. I bought Resistance day one for £14.99 and it was £10 more expensive to download. It just seems that if these prices stick that PSP GO! customers will be left with high prices whilst those of us who shop around can get UMD games for a lot less. I doubt you’ll know the full pricing structure but surely the games on the store can’t stay at £14.99 or more when the UMDs are so cheap?

About the prices… First of all I’d like to say I don’t really care which currency you type because I have no problem converting BUT while there are many different currencies in EU why exactly is it you chose euro and pound? I mean euros are used in many countries but pounds that is only UK. There seems to be a bit of favoritism there

It’s easy, SCEE. If you let me buy games from other regions, you should let me buy add-ons that will work with the game I have.
It looks like all the gamers working at Sony are either in the US or Japan.
You’re just embarrassing yourselves. Why not just close down the EU store and let us buy from the US?

sony should take a look on the patches (blastfactor,darkmist and the other ones) =P , the fat princess thing well, sometimes things didnt go as planned ^^.

The update itself seems poor, but well let’s wait and see if next update is big and good ^^

Could you check with the people responsible for the Belgium store?
Penny Arcade episode 2 is there, but episode 1 is missing. There is no reason for playing episode 2 without playing episode 1 first.
We also seem to be missing Puzzle Quest Galactrix which is already out in the UK.
There are also a few other games that are MIA including some PSOne classics that were released in UK.

so me commet is NOW awaiting moderation. fine by me how many more you put on ppl posts it tells me sony cant take criticism, so havein a slow week is justify it does not make sense if you have last week the week before awsome updates then follow it through with more weekly stuff that would make sense & mike you may be the messager we not havein a pot at you, since this new ps-blog euro was launch i did say things will pick up with releases meaning we can come on ere for infor of releases & our feedback & not go on ps-blog U.S but i was wrong, sony has a problem it needs to be address i had a xbox yes it stores is worldwide but got rid of it after 4 months.

French are how long going to wait for a game which already went out on everything the other store. I think that Sony does not like French and that he prefers to sell tricks useless rather than to take out a game for which everybody waits for three weeks.

You can aswer at french guys Mike, because when a french want to know how FFVII is not here, you not answer but if another guy of another country write a comment, you answer.

The EU games market is bigger than the US one, so Sony could make loads of cash if they were just to get the content available on the US store onto the EU one. Which brings me to the conclusion that SCEE is run by idiots or they just dont care about making money.

You can’t expect each update to be bigger and more awesome than the last, the odd quiet week is to be expecte. Bring on next week!

I think I know why,it’s because it’s the inferior version and they don’t want us to see it,I wanted the Wii version so I’m not happy anyway,but to get EU only of a game that’s getting paned online for how bad it looks in comparison,is the biggest waste of money ever.

I’ve not spotted one Ps3 ad since the week before KZ launched (never seen a KZ2 ad),last week I would of done a few vidzone ad’s on tv,even FF7 now on Psn/Psp,and pimped how transferable they are,in about 25 second.

XBLA has games every Wednesday at 9am GMT, in all territories simultaneously. Even if they aren’t always AAA titles, there’s always playable content, and everyone can get it at the same time too. In fact, all XBL content goes live simultaneously.

SCEE’s had two years to sort out their distribution system and they still haven’t worked it out yet.

Something doesn’t work at SCEE. I’m not talking about the lack of content on the Store. It is really unbelievable that nobody knows any release date. There is a serious lack of organization. Sony and SCEE in particular never respect a release date and people are tired to wait. Playstation Store should give the opportunity to deliver games quickly but almost any big PSS game comes out with months of late(Wipeout HD, Socom, now Fat Princess). SCEE should put more people working on PS Store content and there should by only ONE WORLDWIDE QA PROCESS. I don’t like making comparison with other platform, but Why Microsoft is a lot faster than Sony in making games and content?

SCEE is not even trying to compete with others.They are the worst,they know it-we know it so let’s move on…

Whoa what an update you’ve really outdone yourselves… *sarcastic*.

I’m really getting tired of the fact that we Europeans are always being put on the last spot by Sony with all these lame excuses! Honestly, PSN tickets where are they? I have a CC so personally I shouldn’t give a toss about it, but I do sympathize my fellow Europeans. Both Nintendo and Microsoft have point cards and Sony has to come up with the smart idea of releasing PSN tickets with currencies. Yeah, great solution for Europe in where over 60% of the people don’t even have the Euro. PlayTV, why only in a few countries? VidZone, why only in a few countries and why in Australia but NOT in Holland?! What have we Dutch ever done to deserve this kind of treatment? Where’s the Videochannel which the US already has for over a year. Where are Spyro 1, 2 and 3, Suikoden for example for Europe?! And then you ask why I use US PSN tickets to download games from the US stores, right.

If we weren’t waiting for so many things to be released the occasional slow week wouldn’t bother me…

I really don’t understand why the US and Japan are somehow entitled to more than the EU, it just isn’t fair that they get tons of great content and then we have to wait weeks or even months before we hear anything about it.

Could someone at least explain to me why we’re always left waiting?

When is Numblast coming?

Well we have had some very good updates the past couple of weeks… but this update has to be very very poor! But once in a while is fine just as long as next week has a good amount of quality content.

@Dark_Echizen sorry this may sound hard but if most French would just speak English you would have played FFVII by now.
