Saw some of these last night, the missus is looking forward to the video store. She was suitably disgusted by Dead Nation too, which means it must be worth getting.

Hopefully the amazing Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain trailers will be on there later?

was a little disappointed that PS2 back/compat wasn’t announced yesterday but after watching a few of the trailers you guys put up it certainly lifted my mood! looking forward to a lot of great titles in the next few months!

Oh! going back to last weeks PSN update turns out Bionic Commando Rearmed did have a trophy patch but my copy didn’t like it. i deleted and re downloaded and it fixed the problem.

Some of these videos aren’t on the Australian store, like the PSP minis, Invizimals and Echoshift.

Is this just an Australian store problem, or are they missing in all the stores?

Is there anything coming in 3.0 that the gamers actually want ?

Dont get me wrong there is nothing there apart from the clock/battery icon move that was needed.

Now is there a 3rd video with somne hidden stuff that wee all want .

Cross game / Single player Game chat dudes , its needed but your not listening to your people .

I want the PRESENTATION

Firmware 3.0 needs to have options that allow us to turn off (toggle) the various menu items… I really don’t want a lot of the new stuff cluttering up the menu system.

I know where the Store icon is, if I want the latest information or I want to purchase any games etc I will visit the Store, I don’t need it continuously pushed in my face.

I don’t need to be reminded of the latest games I’ve played, I’m already well aware of that.

I don’t want a link to the BBC iPlayer on my PS3.

I like the animated backgrounds though, they are a nice enhancement.

hi Mike! i have a question. i am a crash bandicoot fan, especially for the ps1 games, and i want to ask you if in future will be avaiable on the ps store crash bandicoot 2 and bash for ps3 and psp.

@AcidCrashX PS2 BC through Software Emulation seems to be a whole lot more complicated and also expensive than most people might think. I believe PS2 BC will come eventually when the PS3 Slim has installed and the PS2 has discontinued. If sooner, only better for us

Well I’ve been checking the videos. EyePet is the same trailer as from the E3, but still as impressive. Its unbelievable what kind of magic the software can bring onto the PS3. I hope the software will also be available “without” the PS Eye, since I’ve already got my version.

I am also very impressed by Loco Roco Midnight Carnival. You might think you’ve seen enough of it after 2 games, but absolutely NOT! Plus the game seems to work pretty well on the PSP Go. If people, who don’t own a PSP yet, plan to buy PSP Go and Loco Roco Midnight Carnival from the PS Store, they should look out for the first two installments as well!

And then… Pixeljunk Shooter! Q Games seems to amaze again. Never being tired of taking out another can filled with originality and to throw it all out on the PS3.

This and a lot of other stuff are moments that sure makes me proud to be a PlayStation fan

I forgot to mention WKC…

I’m a Level 5 fan from day one and until now I’ve got all their games which have been released in the West. I’m not so sure about WKC though, and that’s weird coming from me a big RPG and Level 5 fan as me, who always considered WKC to be her most anticipated game for on the PS3.

Because of the comments of the Japanese audience which I could understand for instance at Amazon Japan, I’m not so sure if this game is still high on my list. It seems Level 5 put the emphazis too much on the multi player aspect instead of on the single player. Hopefully its just their opinion and will it be interpreted totally different once the game releases over here.

The videos are not out in Germany… Why do you treat the German Playstation Store so badly? The gamescom is even in Germany and we can’t watch the videos. Additionally the video of Gravity Crash that is available, the link is broken… Sony BIG Fail!

Any updates the PS1 games the EU store is lacking? There’s a growing list of them.

I’d love to see a new PS3 LocoRoco, is there any word on that? Mike?

i’m french, in the PSN for PSP, Trailer of gravity crash is not working, and there is no trailer for loco roco, echoshift,minis and invizimals….

The PixelJunk Shooter trailer has some encoding problems (like blocks of unwanted colour flashing on the screen) not sure about the others. The Dead Nation trailer has a unique image quality problem, can’t pinpoint the issue exactly (I don’t think it’s the game) but everything’s jaggy like it’s running in SD with no AA and no smooth upscale.

Damn SONY why you dont announce a AGE-CHECK System for PS3 then germans can use the full content in HOME and PSN for vids and games (((

Where is the new uncharted trailer? Heavy Rain? And the presentation still not up yet?

I’ve not yet seen any videos of firmware update 3.0 and after a lot of the comments I’ve read on this blog I’m not sure I want to! Sounds like a lot of things have been changed that didn’t need changing, and things that needed changing have been ignored.

Hopefully I’m wrong though, I’ll be watching the trailers shortly.
