Hello everyone! How did you like last week’s super update? Hope you enjoyed it because there’s plenty more this week!
To start with, here is another large serving of fantastic DC comics! Pick up your free copy of the Wonder Woman #600 10-page preview, written by none other than J. Michael Straczynski. Or you could go with #1 of DMZ and follow Matty Roth, an aspiring reporter trapped in a Manhattan ravaged by America’s Second Civil War… Down in Texas it’s all about werewolves though, as you’ll see in High Moon #1. Former detective Matthew Macgregor investigates strange happenings in a desolate town… Werewolf western drawn by Steve Ellis – you know it’s worth a look.
But there’s more superhero action for you. Marvel’s Black Panther makes his solo debut this week! So, who is Black Panther? R. Hudlin is here to answer this question – in cinematic scope, no less. He famously said that his influences for the Black Panther were another mighty superhero (can you guess who?), Spike Lee, and Sean Combs. That’s quite something.
Last, but not least, another great series by IDW: Mystery Society. Charismatic duo Nick Hammond and Anastasia Collins bring their own justice to the world’s underbellies – and it’s not an easy task. Written by Steve Niles, with art by amazing Ashley Wood (Tank Girl, Zombie vs Robots, and many many others) – another one really worth a try.

Loving the comic store at long last (mainly a DC man so I wanted to like but lacked the content)
Was wondering if there will ever be a feature to download entire collections of comics (a la trades) instead of buying them separately?
I really want to get all of Batman Hush and Kick-ass at the same time but it seems odd to have to get each signally.

Yes, we’re working on that – and I believe we’ll have news soon.
We know a lot of people like buying TPBs, so it would make sense for us to offer a similar option. As ever it depends on what the store can do, but we’ll find a way.

i have almost given up on this, i have tried not to post “when sweden??” at every update.. now i ask again, i a while imma forget all about digital comics altogether… mebbe imma get some mail saying that it’s avail in sweden…. who knows.

Another sweet update this week. Great to see DC on the store, I headed straight for the Batman comics last week.
More of the usual for me(2000AD, Devi etc), I’ve added Batman Hush and Civil War to my list of weekly purchases. Not adding any more until I’m done with them lol.

I’m joining the group of Scandinavians waiting and waiting for the store to come to our shores. I just want to buy the original comics in English. And just a limited amount of content would be ok.
I’m just afraid that the “no news on new stores”-comments mean that we probably shouldn’t expect it to ever arrive here.
What can we do other than wait and post about it? Can we pay to get it here..?

nice, i’m glad to see wonder woman on the store, we don’t have a wonder woman reprint series in the uk like we do for superman and batman so i’m very happy to see her appearing on the store, are the full issues going to be starting next week?
also, the trinity series would be great on the store.
and the new issue of transformers ongoing series, you’re making me very happy.
with dc and their vertigo line do you know, and are able to say, if the y the last man series is up for a store release as i’ve heard good things about it.
anyway, keep up the good work.

Yep she’s a welcome addition. I don’t know yet when the rest of the series is coming (or Trinity), but it shouldn’t be long – #600 made a lot of noise. Not sure about Y either, but I’ve heard good things too…

Fantastic update, almost to good!
Crazy amount of comics I want to read. Will be hard to get though them all before next weeks update.
Victorian Undead is one people might not be familiar with, but which is worth checking out. Same goes with Jonah Hex, Fables and DMZ. Oh and everyone should of course be reading the weekly 2000AD Prog!

IDW usually bring digital comics one month after print release (more info here: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=26553), so it shouldn’t be too long! I really liked the comic too (being a big fan of the game as well…).
