Prepare for battle as this week we launch PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. PlayStation’s greatest assemble to unleash crazy combos and signature moves in evolving arenas. Play in a variety of competitive or co-operative game modes or learn the ropes with tutorials and character trials. What’s more, purchase on PS3 and you’ll get the PS Vita version included. Who will you play as?
The final episode of Telltale Game’s The Walking Dead is upon us. Through the choices made in the previous episode, witness the events that are about to take place in this thrilling conclusion to a fantastic series.
Elsewhere, Capcom’s DmC sees a demo release today. Dante’s latest demon-slaying adventure boasts familiar gameplay with a twist. See our recent Blog post for more on what to expect. If you like the demo, be sure to pre-order from PlayStation Store as you’ll get the Vergil’s Downfall DLC for free when it releases in early 2013.
On PS Vita, show off your artistic talents and create your own virtual graffiti using a variety of tools and techniques in t@g, a unique Discovery App. Again, see our developer Blog post for more information.
PS Vita owners can also get funky with Sega classic Jet Set Radio. There’s also the very appealing (we all love Kinu Nishimura’s designs) visual-novel game, Virtue’s Last Reward, and acclaimed horizontal shoot ‘em up Sine Mora.
You’ll also find that this week Sega’s deeply satisfying and gorgeous PSP title, Valkyria Chronicles II has been reduced in price and can be purchased for just £9.99/€12.99.
A packed week indeed, then. Peruse the list below for the full list of content coming this week, including DOOM Classic Collection, LEGO Lord of the Rings, Chronovolt and plenty more! Oh yes, and there’s also the Activision sale, which you can find more information about right here .
Have a fab week gaming! Maybe you’ll bump into a really bad Raiden/Dante player in All-Stars online. That would be me…

@ Jawad:
Hi Jawad! How ya doin’, buddy? I’m back again to check the Spyro situation. Last week you said you’d ask the QA guys what was the problem, exactly, so my question is, do you have some more info to share? Or some vague date, for that matter?
At the moment there are some games keeping me busy, but Spyro would be perfect for me to start playing with my PSP on a regular basis once again.
Thanks in advance!
Posted on 21 November, 2012 at 3:59 pm by Jawad Ashraf
It’s possible it might release before 2013 after all, BUT as usual, I don’t want to be taken as confirming it. There should just be one or two more rounds to go through so it should be out early December assuming these checks go through without a hitch. Have faith!

Nice update, although nothing that really interests me.
Where is Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus (PS3)? It’s so disappointing how much longer it’s taking than XBox.
XBox Live:
24th Oct 2012 – Japan, US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy
9th Nov 2012 – Canada, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, …
PSN:
1st Nov 2012 – Japan
still waiting – North America, Europe
The Japanese version of the game is pretty much (completely?) identical to the English version.
It’s already on PSN, but not in this region on PSN…
It’s already in this region, but not on PSN in this region…
Why the completely unnecessary massive delay?

They’re rare and release without much notice.

Best Vita update ever.
Thank you so much. Long may it continue – it even made me buy Plus (even though Santa is bringing me a PS3)
Well done guys, I know you get a lot of stick on here but this looks very promising. PLEASE keep it going.

DmC demo, that alone makes it a good week.
Question: Will the Disgaea avatars ever arrive in Belgium?
grtz!
Posted on 21 November, 2012 at 4:04 pm by Jawad Ashraf
There were some released previously, no?
The DmC demo should calm a few people’s fears down somewhat. Definitely give Son of Sparda mode a shot.

Still no Retro City so not much for me to play out of this lot but I have downloaded Uncharted Golden Abyss and the other Vita freebies for when I get a Vita (likely in the New Year).
I’m tempted by All Stars but can’t really afford a full price title at moment. Again maybe in the New Year since I’ll then get to have it on Vita too.

Ok, I have a question, is Full Game Trial is dead for us, as we havent gotten any new since… you know. And meanwhile US PS+ for PS Vita get 6 free games we get only 4, hmmm.

Great Store update but still upset with no Retro City Ramapage. Shouldn’t be long now since the EU version is complete and is entering certification soon so hopefully shouldn’t be long. In speaking of which, people won’t have to complain about when is Tomba! 2 AND TWD Ep.5 coming. ^^

Nice update, happy to see PS Plus on Vita with such great deals.
I already know the answer, but I’ll try anyway: Jawad, have you any update to share about Counter-Strike: Global Offensive? Are we going to have it at least before 2013? Why is it taking so long to land on EU PSN?

SINE MORA is live for PS Vita and costs EUR 14.99
You might want to correct this price before complaints are poring in about refunds!

Pricing has been fixed on the store. The correct price is €9.99.

Slight issue holding it back but we’re hoping to get it out either later today at the earliest, if not within the next few days. I can’t promise anything but I’m chasing it up.

only 2 good things about this update Tomba 2 and Virtue’s Last Reward.
the rest is just horrible overpriced DLC.
@jawad
is there any point in asking for certain content or are you guys still ignoring everybody.
Posted on 21 November, 2012 at 4:13 pm by Jawad Ashraf
Requesting content doesn’t mean it will, or won’t come… I think it helps to ask. Not spam, but just put it out there, you know?
If it helps, I heard Symphony of the Night might be ready quite soon. More info once I get it…

Great update.
Does DOOM Classic Complete have the vastly improved ambient soundtrack and sound effects from the PlayStation (PS1) version?

Posted on 21 November, 2012 at 3:15 pm by Lenomy
Since our Vitas now inform unintelligent people how to access the menu when starting a PSOne game with 2.0 (showing them how to change discs), I excpet Resident Evil 2 to once again be tranferable to the Vita seeing how you took it down because someone didn’t know how to change discs, no?
Also, Castlevania Symphony of the Night is a great game, It should totally be on the store and not in QA for 6 months.
Here’s a little secret, the american eboot works, no QA, use that one!

Hi Jawad, is there any news on whether any of the Timesplitters games are coming to the store under PS2 classics.
Also the add-ons section of the store needs to be fixed.
Recently I’ve noticed that none of the new content shows at the top of the list like with other parts of the store and is usually half way down under content that came out a few weeks back and is a bit of a mess trying to find stuff as it isn’t as organised as other parts of the store.
Posted on 21 November, 2012 at 4:29 pm by Jawad Ashraf
You can sort it using the filter.
There’s a new petition out for Timesplitters to get a HD treatment. I suggest you sign it. I have!

Hi Jawad,
Sine Mora Vita version is at the moment at 14,99€ on the store instead of the 9,99€ you announce. Is this an error? PS3 version is correct (9,99€). Thanks for your help.

Seriously though this is a great update, thanks guys. PS All Stars Battle Royale for €49.99 for PS3 and Vita? That is excellent value right there. ^_^

How come the call of duty season pass is £41.99 when I got told it would be £34.99 from GAME as they were selling vouchers for £35 to cover the cost of the season pass? There is no way I can get an extra £6 as I’m only using vouchers.
