Weekend Debate: What’s the perfect gaming set-up? (Update)

ORIGINAL POST: So, this week I’ve been trying to find the time to finish Dark Souls II. And it’s proven difficult. When I’m playing a game on my PS3 or PS4, I need to know I’ve got at least a full hour to devote to it, that nobody is going to interrupt me during that time, and that I’ve got the lounge bean bag all to myself. If I can’t get all those ducks lined up, I just won’t bother turning the system on.
Last week I was talking to one of you in the comments about how you’d only play if your cat was on the sofa with you keeping you company. Has anyone else got a set routine? A favourite chair? Perhaps you have a preferred snack bowl at your side? Or maybe you have an outfit, or a particular pair of slippers? Let us know your optimum gaming set-up below.
