We have great news: PlayStation and Playstos Entertainment are giving you the opportunity to win a brand new PSPgo to keep you company in the colder seasons.
All you need to do is to show your creativity producing an artwork depicting the starring hero of Playstos’ latest minis title: Pallurikio, available on the PlayStation Network, for PSP and PS3.
You can produce a drawing (or let your little sister have a go at it) and then scan it, or show off your computer graphics skills. You can decorate a playing ball or anything round shaped.
Don’t be afraid to be creative and original, the only requirements are that your artwork is wholly created by you, that it resembles Pallurikio in some way and that is submitted as a jpg or png image sized 1MB or less.
If you’re looking for inspiration to kick-start your project, have a look at the following concept art and be sure to have a look at Pallurikio’s page on the PlayStation website.
The contest will be open for submissions from 6 September 2010 to 12 September 2010. The artwork is to be submitted to pallurikio@playstos.com.
Playstos Entertainment will judge the submitted works and will choose the winner of the PSPgo. The winner will be announced on this blog and contacted via e-mail. The winner’s artwork will be posted on the PlayStation.Blog and Playstos’ website at the end of the competition.

I may have a go at it. I’m not that good at drawing and I do already own a PSPgo but I wouldn’t say no to another one, for free! Thanks for the chance!

What’s the point? All the contests are fixed so there’s no chance.

I understand your skepticism, but I can assure you this competition was genuinely concieved by us developers at Playstos and brought to you with the help of the great folks here at the PlayStation blog.
Please do not doubt that it will be carried out in the best interest of you, our players

I have no artistic talent whatsoever, just wanted to say thanks for making Pallurikio. It’s one of my favorite minis for sure.
I was sceptical that it would control good with the PSP’s analog stick at first, but it works pretty well. Very nice game!

Thankyou, I really appreciate your feedback about the game ! Also, think again about giving the contest a try, it’s all about having fun, and your Pallurikio “interpretation” may end up on our official site even if you do not win.

Sounds fun, but I can’t think of anything
can you take a photo of a drawing (for those of us without scanners)?
Posted on 6 September, 2010 at 4:24 pm by Giorgio Ciapponi
Yes, if you have no means of scanning your work you can take a photo of it, and even take advantage of that, if you’re creative with the background of your photo !

Not available for NZ residents?

I’m afraid the competition is not open to your country. In the case another competition will be organized, we’ll try to include New Zealand as well

hello, i have a few questions,
is it only one entry per person?
am i allowed to draw my design on a kart in modnation racers? (i dont mind drawing if you would prefer that)
thanks for the contest guys!
Posted on 7 September, 2010 at 12:57 pm by Giorgio Ciapponi
Hi there ! Yes, the contest is limited to only one entry per person. You may use the medium of your choice, but if the question is if it will net you an advantage for producing content in another game, that is not the case. If you think it will enhance the value of your creation though, go ahead
